Description of Work: Used them for some window treatments. Very helpful in selections. Also used them for design for built in office furniture. Her vendor for doing the cabinets and counter top did not work out so we used someone else who had done previous work for us. Denise was great at picking paint color and wood flooring and coordinating cabinets to both. Purchased two chairs to use at the desktop and she helped pick the finish and fabric. They were delivered today and look great.

Description of Work: He is great. She is very busy and might take on more than she can handle. I have called her a few times and never got a call back and sometimes it makes me think that she is ignoring me but I know that she doesn't mean to.

Description of Work: We initially spent a lot of money with this company ordering drapes and blinds. We thought we were getting a real quality product. In less than 6 years we find that we are replacing some of the blinds and drapes because they were falling apart or had faded so badly. We just had our windows replaced 02/26/2012. I called them to see if we could have them come out and re-hang some of the blinds and drapes which I was willing to pay for. They said, "Oh yes, we are busy right now but we will call you back." Well it's been 2 weeks and still no call and no follow through. I again called today 03/09/2012 but no one answered. No answering machine. How can a company like this stay in business??? I finally did the work myself and saved myself a lot of money.
