Description of Work: His wife visited my house for estimate, and he installed laminate floor in a single room in my house. He was very polite and do not bother others, and worked very hard. The price of materials and labor was reasonable as well. At the end, we are happy with his work habit, price and quality of the mateirals.

+ 0 moreMr. Crane (the owner), personally came with his assistant and did the installation. It is a tough, messy job, but they were very professional, courteous and kept a neat jobsite. Mr. Crane is a pleasure to deal with and took the time to answer all our questions and address any concerns we had. He uses floor cement and other products that are non-allergenic and enviornmentally friendly, and that made the job much easier to live with. We did not have any odors from the floor cement, and they always cleaned up after.We would be pleased to recommend Joseph Crane to anyone and would certainly use him in the future for any flooring needs.
Description of Work: Mr. Crane installed our new wood floors.
