CALLED PCL TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE SOMEONE COME OVER TO MY HOUSE TO GET AN ESTIMATE ON SOME WORK I WANTED DONE . MARK HALL A PROJECT MANAGER FROM PCL SHOWED UP AND WE TALK ABOUT WHAT I WANTED DONE . HE PROCEEDED TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS AND SAID HE WOULD CALL ME ABOUT THE ESTIMATES . WEEKS WENT BY NO CALLS. THE COMPANY MUST NOT OF NEEDED MY BUSINESS . THE DATE OF LAST CONTACT NOTED ABOVE IS A BIG GUESSTIMATE .

Mr. **** **** I would like to formally apologize that somehow your project slipped through the cracks. It would be hard to place blame on our previous employee as he is not here to answer your complaints. Unfortunately, your job may have fell within an employee transition period. Sometimes life just gets really busy. I encourage you to consider times you yourself have been late for an appointment, or something just slipped your mind. Sometimes human error plays a part but we take every measure we can to make things perfect for our customers. We hope that you found a great builder to fulfill your construction need. We would welcome you the opportunity to become one of our customers. We have a very good reputation, just ask around. Like everything else in life though, sometimes we must also deal with unhappy people (even prospective customers that are unhappy that they didn't get the opportunity to be a customer). In the end, maybe it was a blessing for us. You went directly and wrote a bad review about us without ever contacting us. Had you contacted us, we could have let you know that our management team went through a small transition, and the employee that didn't call you back no longer works for us. We do apologize, but we hope that you will be understanding. If you still feel like we have wronged you, we would be happy to give you another free estimate. Thanks

Brian Williams was our project manager. Can I make it an A++? Very organized and detail oriented. Gave us a detailed calendar of progress which he stuck to like clockwork. If it said electrical on Monday that's what happened. The crew was polite and helpful. They were very clean in their work and the site was immaculate at all times. We can't believe we got so lucky to choose them because other people in our neighborhood had work with other contractors begin before ours and it was still slogging along when PSL completed their work. When we had ideas that weren't on the plan, Brian was very responsive. We even got money back at the end of the project. We have an amazing room, thanks to the great crew at PSL.
Description of Work: Added on to existing family room and lanai on an Amarillo. Put in volume ceiling where flat ceilings before. Pocketing doors to open family room to lanai in good weather.
