Massey serviced my lawn and landscaping for approximately four years starting in June of 2009. The first two years they delivered a top quality product (my lawn was the best in our neighborhood and my landscaping was healthy and vibrant). About two years ago my lawn started to deteriorate and my landscaping began developing disease and pest problems. My lawn (zyosia grass) now has more weeds (crabgrass, sedge, brown patch fungus) than actual grass and it's infected with mole crickets and grubs. My shrubs are infected with fungus, scale, and bugs and are slowly dying. Massey placed me on an agressive landscape service program in an attempt to restore my lawn and landscaping to good condition but, after more than a year of treatments, there has been no improvement. My lawn is worse than ever and I still have scale and fungus on some of my shrubs and bushes. I have escalated these problems through Massey management and have discussed the poor condition of my lawn and landscaping with the Massey service technicians, area supervisor, service manager, and general manager. Everyone has been courteous and professional but my lawn and landscaping is still in terrible condition. My current annual service contract is up for renewal on 5/28/2013 and I will not renew it. I do not recommend Massey Landscape Services and will not use them again. The botton line is, regardless of their courtesy and efforts, the end product is terrible. I paid for a quality end product and did not receive it.
