It did not go at all. I called for an appointment last week and one was set up for the following Tuesday (Jan. 25, 2022) for noon to 4:00pm. I also had asked for the technician to call when they were on their way. The home is empty and the repair was needed for the purposes of selling the home. The day of the appointment, I called to verify the appointment and the time. I then waited for the time period (noon to 4:00pm). No one came and no one called. When I called Lenhaart, I was first told there was no appointment. The young lady asked the address. After a moments search she said, "Oh, that is a mobile home." I said "yes." She then said, "We don't work on mobile homes." I then said, "It would have been nice if someone had told me that when I made the appointment." "We are sorry about that," she said and at that point the call came to an end. I was rather disappointed having waited for 4 hours for someone that never had any intention of fulfilling the appointment and the problem still requires repair. I am quite disappointed with Lenhart Electric and could certainly not recommend them, especially to anyone who owns a mobile home.

Wonderful! I knew what I wanted done but Jack had some great ideas that were also done. I was in the midst of moving from one house to this one and another technician showed the initiative to get the combination for the lock box to get into the empty house and do the rewiring that was necessary so that the painters could do their work. I was very grateful that he did that. All work done expertly. No need to call anyone else.
Description of Work: Installed 2 high hat lights, under cabinet lighting, shower light, 2 new bathroom exhaust fans, new outlet dedicated to garage freezer. Also removed old hanging light and duplicate smoke detectors and rewired.

I had to move a television cable line in my attic and into my office. They did that. That was about almost 2.5 months ago. They charged me about $211. I would give them an A as they were really good. I don't know how to rate pricing. They were very good. It took about 1.5 hours. There were two people who came out. They were more than professional.

Excellent! Kevin, the electrician was on time - doorbell rang right at the scheduled time of 8:00 AM. Very professional and friendly. He explained exactly what he would do, did the job, cleaned up and showed me the end results. Excellent work! I will definitely call them again for any electrical work I need.

Description of Work: I had two items for the electrician. The first was to install a pendant lamp. He did a fab job, and the lamp looks great. The second was to install a digital switch so I could control lights using an already installed hub, along with the Wink app. I'd tried to install the switch, but failed, and knew it needed an expert. The switch would turn on and off using the app, but some connection was incorrect because the lights didn't turn on or off. The electrician wasn't completely sure of the digital switch concept, but after a bit of explanation I think he got it. He fiddled with the switch for quite awhile, but was not successful in completing the installation. When he decided he could not make the switch work he told me that I must have fried the switch trying to install it. I'm thinking that he burned out the switch because a light on the switch that was on when I gave up, was no longer on, and the fact that I could hear the switch click before he started but could no longer hear it after he worked on it. I didn't challenge him on this, it took me awhile to think this through and realize the switch was ok when he started and was not ok when he stopped. But I must say I am disappointed that the switch was ruined, and I still don't have a working switch for those lights.

There were 2 visits because the covers for the under counter lights weren't available on the first call, and I wanted more work done than originally called for. Generally, they work on a fixed price per job and getting an estimate from the office was difficult. The work was great, the electrician knew his job, and was quite courteous.

Initial visit for the proposal was very informative, the technician was very knowledgeable about the lights required to meet our requirements. The proposal cost was similar to other estimates. We were impressed with the level of expertise provided by the person doing the proposal. The installation was performed as scheduled in the proposal and the installation was very professional and neat. We were very satisfied with Lenhart Electric.

I was very satisfied with my experiences with Lenhart Electric. They ran electrical for my whirlpool tub and then put a 20 and a half GFI in a flushing box. They also put in two outside waterproof recepticals. The price was fair. They were responsive and professional. I will use them in the future.
