Very pleased with our new patio. They started the project just a week after getting an estimate. Josh was a pleasure to work with. I'd definitely call them again!

Project was not done correctly the first time. Had to be redone as well as other work that was verbally agreed to twice but not done. Also left cigarette butts on site as well as killing more grass than necessary.

Josh and Daniel take pride in the work their guys do. Every worker was very polite and professional. They showed up to do the work when promised and completed the work in a very timely manner. We definitely recommend Josh Powell Inc. and will certainly call them if we have a need in the future.

I had small job, added 10 x 18 ft. to patio in back and 4 x 11 ft. to front walkway. Three of the nicest young men showed up to perform the work. They were polite, professional, worked well together and seemed to be be very happy with the company they worked for. I would hire this company and if possible these same young men to perform the work.

In The Villages, Fl. I called to get an estimate about expanding our driveway. He called me back and kept in touch with me. Showed up when he said he would to do the work and his crew was very courteous and polite. Driveway looks wonderful. Thanks Dan.

Excavator broke the main water pipe coming into house. He thought he had it fixed but it broke lose later that night. Called Daniel and he got back to me later that night but I had to have the water company turn off my water until the next day. The crew come out first thing the next day and fixed the pipe. The 3 young men that work for the company were polite and did an excellent job. ( company said they will pay for water that ran out for about 2 hours.) Would use them again.

Josh Powell and Daniel Clark are absolutely the best professionals in the concrete business I've ever come in contact with. From the moment I signed the contract, the work was completely done in 10 days. Couldn't have asked for a better job. I thank you and your team so much!!

My job was a very small one and I found that the work that was done was excellent quality, there seemed to be a communication issue between the work crew and the contract writer. They were supposed to come back and make a small change, but did not. I would still use them again, but only if I had a big job.

Had a door and doggie door added to our lanai and needed steps 5 foot wide installed. Was going to buy prefab steps but the total cost and hassle to do it myself was almost the cost to have it professionally done by Josh Powell. Dan came out gave estimate, and scheduled job at a cost that I expected. Dan came and inspected frame to be sure the steps were what was needed and the employees were very careful not to get any concrete splash on screen. Very good job

Daniel Clark from Josh Power was always attentive to our needs, he listened, provided recommendations and continually stopped by to ensure I was satisfied. His Forman and crew worked hard and continuely to get the job done. They cleaned up after their selves so there was no trash left on site. 100% professional. I have recommended them to others who stopped by with positive comments on my project: 80’ long double car driveway, with sidewalks into back yard to shed and deck plus walkway combining steps and railings to the front porch.

Removing our old paved driveway to make way for a new concrete one was a huge job. The workers were diligent and untiring throughout. They were very knowledgeable and courteous in answering questions we had during the entire process. All the way through, we had absolute confidence that this company would deliver what they promised.
