The entire staff at Josh Powell was great from the owner on down. The driveway came out beautiful. I ve received a lot of compliments on the driveway.

They came when they said they would. Did a professional Job. were very friendly they cleaned up when they were done. you wouldn't even know that they ripped up my whole yard and in 3 days I had a beautiful cement patio. I just moved into the Villagers and didn't know any contractors. so I called Home Advisor and I couldn't be happier.

The manager was very responsive from the original request for quote through completion of the job. Scheduling of concrete work around Summer rain storms was very well done. The job was completed within the original estimate. The workers were friendly and cooperative in spite of the severe Florida July heat. They did an excellent job pouring and finishing concrete on the side of a hill.

Project: Install a concrete sidewalk from our house to our dock; remove boards on existing dock; and lay new boards to double the surface area. From the initial estimate to the conclusion of the project, everyone involved was polite, courteous, and respectful. They went out of their way to be responsive to our needs, taking care not to disrupt our everyday routines anymore than necessary to complete their work. They arrived on time, worked efficiently throughout the day, and took care to clean up after themselves before leaving. The project was completed on time and the price reasonable and fair. My husband and I would definitely recommend Josh Powell, Inc. to anyone in the area seeking to find a contractor for an upcoming remodel, add-on, or start-from-scratch project. They did a great job, I'm very happy with their work. We had an small issue with the placement of the gate latch. They came out the next day and replaced it with a new latch. They were thoughtful and very hard workers. I'd be happy to recommend them anytime.

My project was completed on time and just as promised. Josh the owner was overseeing the job to make sure it was done correctly. His workers were all very friendly as well as Josh. The sales person Daniel Clark was also very friendly and was VERY helpful getting the park owners to agree to my project.
