They lied to me! They said they had the equipment that they could locate the property markers at two corners of the property. I showed up at the house the day they were installing and they were trying to use a stick measurer to mark the fence line. I told them that they couldn't do that because it was over 100 yards long and it wouldn't work. They said there would be no problem at all. I told them it would be fine if it was inside the property line. I didn't find out that my fence was on the neighbors property until the house next door sold and they had their property surveyed. They were off on one corner 3 feet and another corner 6 inches. When I brought it to their attention, they proceeded to tell me that I told him where the points were to be. I asked them to move the fence and they refused. They also started refusing my phone calls, so I filed a lawsuit against them.
