+ -1 moreOwner Sergio called to cancel the initial appointment and reschedule until the next day. But he never showed up and didn't call. I called on three separate days before I reached his wife who told me he gets very busy and probably forgot. I explained that if she hadn't answered the phone, I was going to post my complaints about the poor service. She said he would be out at 5:30 PM the same day. I was satisfied until Sergio called irate and yelled that I could post all the complaints I wanted. Then he hung up on me. He may do decent work, but if you're looking for someone polite, reliable and professional, don't count on it from Sergio.

Description of Work: 4 chairs needed to be recovered and new foam as well. Price for all four chairs was very reasonable. What I paid to re do all 4 chairs would have been the price of one brand new one. Love the fabric and the workmanship.

Description of Work: Had 10 cushions recovered with my own material and a cushion created for a unique footstool. Excellent workmanship, but completion was later than stated and I wasn't notified that he would be late. He told me he would be done before Thanksgiving but when I called the Tuesday before the holiday, the shop was closed and didn't reopen until the week after Thanksgiving. He delivered the cushions and footstool later that week. I would definitely use him again because he did an excellent job.

+ -1 moreUsing my fabric they recovered the cushions from my patio furniture. They did a beautiful job, there were buttons on the cushions, a fabric repeat, and welting on each cushion. They completed the work on the day they promised, and the cushions are perfect!
