Description of Work: Polar Foam Insulation sprayed foam insulation on the roof deck of our 3400 square foot home. We live in Florida where heat and humidity cause electric bills to sky rocket in the summer. It was so hot in our attic that once the steps were lowered heat would come boiling down. The same company had sprayed cellulose in the attic when we built our home nine years ago. There is no comparison with the foam insulation. The attic now remains at a pleasant temperature. Our utility bill runs a month behind, so we are anticipating a lower amount of kilowatt hours used. We are in the process of ordering an insulated garage door which should help keep the garage cooler since the roof deck over the garage was sprayed with the foam insulation We also had this company to apply Temp Coat on the roof of our motorhome. This made a HUGE difference in keeping the inside cool. Temp Coat can be sprayed on the roof of mobile homes, too. Polar Foam Insulation is expanding into spraying truck beds, boat interiors, patios, pool decks, garage floors, and porches...anything that needs to be skid proof. Our next project will be to have them spray the Speed Liner on the bed of our truck and eventually our garage and porch. I highly recommend this company. It is a long-standing business and will be here for the long term. You don't have to worry that they will go out of business and leave you without the assurance that they stand by their products. For those of you concerned about the cost, the company offers zero interest if the customer purchases a minimum $3500. They also have "same as cash" plans.
