Replaced older Trane a/c system with new American Standard high seer system. Took several attempts to do initial install (kept having refrigerant leaks due to poor soldering). Evaporator core "failed" after 2 years. Charged $300 to perform warranty replacement of evaporator core. 7 months later a/c not cooling again. Called to make appoint 2 weeks in advance to match our schedule. Two weeks later, Miller says can't make appointment, having staff meeting that day. Fired them on the spot. If you want competent, reliable, punctual, and customer friendly service, do not waste your time with these people.

The technician arrived much sooner that I expected, which is a good thing, not bad. Went right to work and repaired the issue in a very professional and confidant manner. I am extreemly happy that I chose to use this company to diagnose and repair my problem.

The sevice "BOY" didn't even bother to show up until after 5 p.m. He had a bad attitude from the time he got there. It was after 5 on a Friday, and he made it very clear he was ready for the weekend. He stated he didnt work on those type of air conditioning. I asked why didnt the person who answered the phone tell me this. I told her exactally what kind of a/c unit it was. She said it would be no problem. I had a spare part and asked if he would at least put the part on and see if it fixed it. I could tell he didnt want to climb on the roof of the trailer in the Florida sunshine, so he said he didnt want to tear anything up. He didnt care that it was over a 125 degrees inside the trailer that we were staying in that night. Then next morning we packed up and went back to Alabama.

Mr Miller was on time and swift in his repair.

The first time I used Miller Heating & Air was seven years ago. Back then I had a wedding reception scheduled for a Saturday evening at my home. On Wednesday my AC unit died. I called a number of companies and Miller was the only one that came out right away. They had me up and running in 24 hours. I recently had to completely replace my HVAC unit. I got a number of quotes and Miller gave me the best price. They just finished installing the unit. They came when they said they would and their staff conducted themselves in a very competent and professional manner. The work was done completely to my satisfaction. I would HIGHLY recommend Miller Heating and Air to anyone.

They came & disassembled the blower unit & found the coil from the AC/Heat Pump was leaking. Within one day they replaced it and it works fine now.

The job went on well and I would recommend them. They gave me a military discount and it was qualified for a government rebate. I used them through word of mouth and when they came here, the unit they put was very big for the air pipe to go into the closet; so he reassembled it again for me. After they did work for me I haven’t had any problems like what I used to have. They took a few days to get in but the previous time when they came; they were in within 2 hours. It is like a mother and father organization and they seemed courteous. I will use them again the future, if required.
