Description of Work: Roof was leaking into house. Company that put on the new roof 2 years ago would not come out to do repair. When finally after 3 1/2 weeks I called V.E. Quillen they returned call next day & were out to fix leak in 3 days. Workman was very prompt, friendly & professional.

Description of Work: I contacted Mr. Quillen re 2 separate leaks in my roof. After Hurricane Wilma, I contracted with a company to replace my roof who subsequently subbed the job to a Texas crew. That crew did not do a good job ie I found almost immediately they did not seal each of the vent pipes in the roof and they of course leaked. The original contractor fixed that but did not check anything else. Mr. Brent Quillen responded the same day I called and identified the probable cause. He explained everything to me and I hired him that day. Due to days of rain, the work did not start until 3 days after the scheduled date however, Mr. Quillen contacted me either by cellphone or email every day to advise me of the status. They came out yesterday and repaired everything. In the interim and subsequent to their explanation of the problem, I asked them to double the original contract which they did without a question. The work was finished by the end of the day and Mr. Quillen came to the house to inspect the work. I told him I, of course. had to wait till the next rain, but as of right now I am absolutely confident in their work. They were on time, professional, kept me informed, kept in contact. Mr. Quillen told me to call immediately if I had a problem. FYI I did receive the Angioe's List $100 discount:)

Description of Work: I had a great experience with Victor!! I called him because my roof was leaking (small leak in the kitchen), he answer right away and send me one of his guys for an estimate, he came the same day and gave me a fair estimate and I decided to go with them. I wasn't even at home, they went to my house repair the leak and some cracked tiles, they did a great job!!! I called Victor the same day to see if they were going to be done that day and he told me that everything was done already!!! very quick and I gave him my credit card information to paid for the services, when I went home I checked and looks like they did a great job (I'm not a roofer but at least is not leaking any more!!). Lo llame porque el techo de la cocina de mi casa tenia una perdida de agua, el me envio uno de los muchachos que trabaja con el, me dio un estimado justo y a los pocos dias fueron a mi casa y repararon la perdida y algunas tejas que estaban quebradas, cuando lo llame para saber si iban a ir a mi casa ese dia el me dijo que ya habian ido y que estaba todo reparado!! En ese momento le di mi numero de tarjeta de credito y le pague por los servicios!!. Cuando regrese del trabajo me fije en el techo y parece que esta todo bien reparado (Yo no reparo techos pero al menos no tengo la perdida en la cocina por ahora!!) Muy contento con sus servicios.
