Description of Work: Had a leak for years that 3 other roofing companies couldn't solve. Brent Quillen did. Most recently he came to look at our roof and suggested a new roof, rather than repairs, even though he only does repairs. Need I say more...

Description of Work: I hired him to replace 2 rotten soffit boards. Of all the ones I called, he was the only one to respond. He was very courteous on line, on the phone and in person. He came and assessed the job and it was repaired quickly. He did a good job and even painted it the same color. I would recommend him to others.

Description of Work: Standard roof repair - leak had destroyed underlying wood and was leaking through ceiling. Mr. Quillen's prompt assessment and obvious professionalism led me to fear the estimate, but in fact was less than three others that were done years ago! Work was documented and photographed and emailed to me. I couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done. I wholeheartedly recommend Brent Quillen.

Description of Work: Brent and his crew were absolutely terrific. First, Brent came to assess the problem, and explained everything to me. On the day that was scheduled, they came on time, they worked straight through, everything was cleaned up, and it was a beautiful job. They even went over and above what they were hired to do and helped with another problem that I had in the house. I would recommend them extremely highly and definitely would call them again if I had a problem.

Description of Work: Inspected my roof, replaced a roof vent, replaced two broken barrel roof tiles, sealed all cracks in remaining tiles as needed.

Description of Work: They came to do estimate and said they would send it via email it to me. I never received it. Called several times. They told me to look in spam mail. Not there. Asked mail hard copy and they couldn't produce it. Probably didn't do estimate at all

Description of Work: Initial inspection and work was fine. Did have a leak in the garage roof area. They worked it several times, leak decreased but never fully ceased. Finally gave up contacting them.

Description of Work: I noticed a wet soffit and mold in my garage. A representative from this company climbed up on the roof to check for possible leak areas. He then climbed into the attic through a hatch in the house where the temperature must have been well over 100 degrees. When he came down, he indicated that the leak did not come from the roof. I thanked him, and asked what the fee was for the service call and was advised that there would be no charge.

Description of Work: I called Vic Quillen after seeing his rating and the positive comments on Angie's List. He responded immediately with a phone call and within a day or two he had sent someone out to look at my roof. The person was extremely thorough, as he should have been, looking at the ceiling inside, going up in the attic (no easy feat!) and finally, going up on the roof. Within two days I had an assessment of what I would need and I knew what, in detail, would be done to repair my roof, as well as how much it would cost. In answer to my question, Vic told me I had life left in my roof and did not need a new one yet, although I probably would in the next 5-10 years. Vic and his men showed up when he said they were going to show up and Vic kept in constant communication via both phone and email. Final result is a water-tight roof just in time for hurricane season. Vic and his crew are polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with. They cleaned up all the debris; not even a roofing nail was left in my driveway. Last thing I needed was a flat tire! I hope I don't have to call Vic anytime soon, but next time I need a roof repair, or when I need that new roof, I'm definitely going to call him!

Description of Work: We didn't have any work completed by the company although they did come out even though its been raining every day and gave us an estimate with an explanation as to what was causing the leak. Both Father & Son are very friendly and helpful. We decided to do the repairs ourselves.

Description of Work: Called for a quote on work that VE Quillen doesn't do. He spent 10 minutes on the phone with me advising what I should do and gave me contact info for someone who could do the work. I was suprised he was so helpful. Thank you Victor!
