By far one of the best experiences with a contractor we've ever had. Juan promptly returned my initial call and showed up on time, as schedule, for an estimate, which was fair and reasonable. On the commencement date he and his crew showed up right as scheduled (even a few minutes early). They were polite, efficient and worked cleanly to get the job done in far less time than was expected. The end result was excellent. My floors have never looked so good and my house was "reassembled" as if nothing had happened here! This is an honest, reputable company that delivers what it promises in a timely and professional way. Highly recommend!

The team called schedule a call and providing excellent competitive pricing. They polish the lobby floor of our condominium and they floor look like new. They are now on a 6 month schedule to polish our lobby stone floors. Excellent customer service and outstanding work. We are hiring them to pressure wash our whole garage.

I called to request a quote on a Saturday afternoon and Juan agreed to meet that same evening. The price was good, so his team came to work the NEXT day on a Sunday. Wonderful customer service and they did an AMAZING job. Floors look gorgeous!

If there were a 6th star, Juan Cifuentes and Urbanac would earn that. They were prompt in responding, quoting, scheduling and performing the service. They arrived exactly when they said they would, they finished on time and arranged the furniture as they promised. The price was very competitive and they were willing to work with me on pricing and add-ons. The chief is clearly an entrepreneur who wants to build his business based on quality and reputation. Juan the owner of the business, is very knowledgeable , very punctual, he said 9 am, and 9 am sharp he was there, and he definitely excels in making sure everything is done to the highest standards and to make sure the client is fully satisfied. I highly recommend Urbanac. They did a beautiful job with my marmol floors, as well as the pavers and grout cleaning.

Urbanac responded to my request for help with projects almost immediately. They came back with a fair estimate with in a day. When I was ready to schedule .... we worked out a day. There was communication about arrival ..... the work was completed as scheduled. It was neatly done.... and I would highly recommend Urbanac. They are easy to work with...fair...AND do an excellent work. Believe me I have been disappointed and turned off in the past. Nice company. My kitchen counter tops were polished/sealed. Guest bath floor was regrouted.
