Professionalism from start to end. Very punctual on everything: from the estimate visit, starting and completing the job. Reasonable prices. I wish every home service provider would take a page out of Urbanac's book. Would definitely use them again and will recommend them to everyone.

Came to give an estimate based on my needs and budget - Juan came up with the perfect job for me, which included grinding, cleaning, adding grout, filling cracks, and sealing natural stone (travertine). Price seemed too good to be true, but the work was done in a day, and quality was excellent. Before/after are jaw dropping.

Got three estimates for granite counter refinishing in kitchen and 2 baths. Urbanac estimate was lowest. Juan was polite and responsive. He and helper stripped off old sealer, cleaned,resealed and polished my countertops. Nice job.cleaned up after project. Definitely recommend.

Juan and Edian worked very hard on my saltillo floor, they found that the floor had too many coats of sealant and they did not stop until they thought all the sealant were off the floor. Overall they were very professional and they know how to do floors. I'll hire them next time the floor need to be re-sealed.
