Responsive and professional (being in Miami this is already a differentiator!). Did a great job cleaning. There was also a repair - which I didn’t realize they did, but they proactively addressed. They needed to come back, showed up exactly when they said they would for initial appt AND the follow-up. Based on my experience would highly recommend!

BBQ Cleaner called me back same day. The gentleman talked to me over the phone to get a better idea of what the problem was. He helped me fix the battery and all worked great. Nice to find someone to work with who is a problem solver and thinks of a quick resolution. Should the need arise again, I will definitely call again.

this is the second time i have used them. both times, the grill has looked spotless. they communicate well, show up on time and are extremely professional. i highly recommend them if you want your grill deep cleaned and will definitely use them again

Two very competent people came by with a van full of parts and tools. The used a lot cleaning solutions and cleaning tools. The grill looks brand new. They also installed the parts I got from weber under warranty.

An excellent experience so far. I was able to get an appointment for the same day I called, and the team arrived on time. They cleaned my grill and figured out why it wouldn't light - luckily, an easy fix - a new battery for the starter did the trick after some tinkering. A couple of months later, the grill refused to start again, so I called and the gentleman who answered the phone walked me through changing the battery myself, which again solved the problem. I'm not sure why the first battery would've gone dead so soon, when the original lasted 5 years, but we shall see. I would use this company again and I would recommend it to a friend.

When I initially called to speak to someone about the grill, I was told that if they were in the area, they would look at it for free. The 2nd time I called, i was quoted $40. When they actually came to look at the grill and repair, I was told $50. I don’t mind an amount but be consistent. That seems very un-professional. Furthermore, they kept trying to push a BBQ cleaning on me after I repeatedly said I did NOT want that service, it was out of my price range.

Our grill never looked that good after what I call now my "attempts of grill cleaning", looked great. The best since new.

They were very helpful in providing information about how to get Jenn-Air replacement parts for less. Will call them to schedule an appointment after I receive the replacement parts.

Expensive, but BBQ looks like new (4 yrs old, no prior cleaning).

Raul answered my call and was always prompt in returning any calls. I received an appointment within the following week of my call. Two gentlemen immediately investigated my concerns with the grill, cleaned the grill and vent/hood right then and there and gave a diagnosis. They had some parts with them and were able to replace some parts right at the same time they did the cleaning. My appointment was on Wednesday and by Friday they had my BBQ clean and up and running all parts replaced!

They arrived as scheduled. Cleanned the grill outside on the grass so the patio was not messed up. They were very polite. My grill looks like new again. I was very pleased with their work.

The owner, Raul came to my house today, Sunday morning. Very professional, arrived early, communicated perfectly. He had all of the tools and technology to test my grill and now it's working perfectly for my Memorial Day Barbecue. Great service, great person. I need to schedule him to return to complete a full grill cleaning in the near future. VERY happy! Great Company, professional, reasonably priced, communicated completely and SAVED ME for this big grilling day!

Excellent communication, right on time (bright and early at 8 am Saturday morning). Did a very thorough job and were very detail oriented. The grill looks as new as it possibly can. I am impressed. I would definitely use this company again.

I called for this company to come and repair and clean my BBQ grill. I left messages twice. I NEVER received a call-back. I do not think that this is a way to run a business. I found someone in Miami who did return my phone call and did a great job!

Came out as scheduled, did the job, cleaned up any mess & left without any issues. Also gave me an education on how to maintain unit for a longer life.

all went well, super busy company, so book ahead to get it done before you need the service, helpful with assisting in ordering new parts, not the cheapest guy, but knows what he is doing...
