Pro-Lab radon test kit

This company could not be worse. I bought the Radon Testing Kit for residential use at Home Depot. I followed the instructions for use and sent it into Pro-Lab with the $30.00 fee. That's where the nightmare began. I hadn't heard from them in about 2 weeks, so I looked them up online and called the phone number provided. I called no less than ten times and no one ever answered or returned the messages I sent. After that, I got an email saying that the test vials were received too late could not be analyzed and they would send replacements. I waited 10 days and still had not received anything. I replied to the email and said someone please call me regarding this issue or I would need to contact the BBB. They replied go ahead and report to the BBB. So I did. Later in the week someone finally called me and said they would transfer me to a customer service agent and again got a voice message. I never received a refund or replacements. This is a total scam operation and I cannot figure out why retail suppliers like Home Depot are still carrying this product as it is fraudulent.

I followed the instructions giving, purchased 5 sample kits,and tested 5 different areas. After recieving all samples, mailed in each sample to Pro-Lab Inc. They notified me once the samples were received, however there was a communication barrier for any updates. When trying to commincate teh process no one responded to my calls or emails. In order for me to find an update I had to log into the website to vie the updates and the test results. Overall everthing went well, and the test came back good!

Needed verification of radon test by home inspector. Used kit purchased from hardware store, mailed to the lab and recvd report a week later. Test was dead on with home inspectors reading. Peace of mind to know readings matched.
