The service exceeded expectations. Kevin, the driver, was well spoken and well dressed. He made an excellent impression on my local and Utah representatives. The vehicle was picked up on a Monday and delivered in excellent condition on a Thursday as promised. I obtained 4 quotes and Executive Auto Shippers was the lowest.

Awesome! Lori Kingdon of EAS was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive and candid via phone and email with my request for pick up/drop off dates for my car transport. Lori explained my car would be picked up on the date I requested or within a few days after, and my car was picked up on the day I requested. Car was delivered at destination point quickly too! EAS subcontracted with Golden Way Trucking Inc. Our driver was John and he was great to work with. John picked up my car on Friday afternoon and said he would deliver to my house in Florida on Sunday afternoon. When I told him I would not be at my house until Monday morning, John was completely accommodating. He delivered my car Monday at 11AM. He was very meticulous with checking the car for damage or dents before and after transport, he took photos and recorded details on paperwork that was shared with me electronically. I will definitely use EAS again!

Betty and Kirstyn were absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process. I've purchased well over 10 cars in my life and this transaction was easily the most complicated. Betty and her team we're an absolute God send as I don't think I would have been able to accomplish my delivery without her. We became best friends as she held my hand over a period of 2+months as I worked with my bank because they would not provide me an authorization to ship with purchasing cargo insurance over and above the carrier provided policy. Betty even found me probably the only broker that provided this type of service. I used fully enclosed from Hawaii to my home. I would definitely recommend Executive Auto Shippers for any car shipping needs.

Cars were scheduled for pick up and delivery according to our moving dates. Everything was on time, there is great communication with the office and the driver. The driver was friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend Executive Auto and would use them again. Pricing was very competitive.

Executive Auto Shippers provided extremely professional service and the driver who picked up my vehicle was really flexible in meeting my schedule, which helped me a lot! Because it was easier for me he picked up my vehicle at 9 p.m. This made a huge difference in working with other aspects of my move. He promised to deliver my vehicle the following Friday - just one week from pick up and it arrived punctually and exactly as I gave it to him. Since I was moving to a slightly more rural area the door to door service was wonderful. I thought the price was fair and the service and communication excellent.

Outstanding! Natalie at EAS found a driver within 2 hours on a Friday afternoon. We loaded the car on Sat morning and Victor delivered the car in perfect condition as promised on Monday morning a week later one block from my sons Edmonds residence. Natalie was very professional in getting the information and setting up the trip. Victor is very knowledgeable and was extremely professional and careful in getting the car loaded, moved and unloaded. Would not hesitate to go with them again.

I had a contract and paid their required deposit when a carrier was found. The afternoon of pickup they called to cancel. Awful experience. Every nightmare you read about this industry online happened.

Well let me just say that I would hire then again in a heart beat.my grandson called me and said his orders to go to Hawaii we're moved up to sept.25th. I called the company and Mellisa worke wonders with me and my grandson to get car back on a sailors schedule. Car was picked up on Wednesday of the next week. I needed to have a Honda Accord shipped from Alabama to Oregon. Executive Auto Shippers quoted me a fair price. They found me a carrier within two days. The car shipped the next week and got to Oregon in one week. I was very pleased with the whole process. Everything was done in a very professional manner. I highly recommend this company.

What we thought was going to be a terrifying experience actually turned out very, very well. After receiving numerous quotes, phone calls and repeated phone calls from various brokers we finally decided to contract with Executive due to the good reviews we have read. Lori with Executive knew we were very nervous about shipping our car from California to Florida. She made everything so easy for us giving us a relaxed and positive outlook on our shipment. Executive, especially Lori and our truck driver made us feel very comfortable and everything went exactly as promised. Car even got there earlier than we expected. Everything was very well organized and handled. Delivery was slowed a bit due to complications with pick up of another vehicle in the transport, but, I recognize that was outside the control of Executive and honestly, it was not a concern for me as Executive explained very well in writing and over the phone how the process works start to finish, what to do and expect. These things happen and guarantees are difficult to arrange, especially working around Tropical Storm Florence! All in all, I am EXTREMELY pleased with how things went with this transaction. Due to an accident that resulted in the totaling of a relative’s car, my family assessed vehicles and determined that sending a car from Maine to Nevada would be a really good way to help out. (We had an extra vehicle at the time.) I had absolutely no idea how shipping a car worked, and I was completely overwhelmed by the many companies and many negative reviews that I found online. In desperation, I joined Angie’s list (seems I always heard about them advertising on my public radio station) and began calling the companies that had received positive reviews. My first call was to Executive Auto and my first contact was with Lori. Lori was remarkably patient with my many questions and my complete lack of any understanding of what transport, from rural Maine to a city in Nevada might involve. Lori procured quotes for multiple departure locations (which must have been exceedingly annoying). After ascertaining that the price at Executive Auto—while a lot of money—was not only competitive, but better than others that I called, I returned with more questions. Lori patiently answered them all—and she was amazingly tolerant of my inability to clearly know what we could do on our end due to a recent surgery and really restrictive job commitments that limited our availability to get the car to a more convenient location. Lori patiently ran various scenarios for us, and when things felt impossibly tangled (to me), Lori arranged for the car to be picked up from our home. Figuring and refiguring possible transport was a huge amount of work on her part---but she remained unwaveringly supportive and positive. Lori is THE reason we were able to navigate the whole procedure. She was unfailingly patient, good humored, and determined to make this work for us, and, in the end, everything really did work out beautifully and much more quickly than I anticipated. The car is in Nevada—and Lori followed up during the process to be sure that there were no concerns. I cannot adequately express how pleased I am with the process and how definitively I attribute everything working so well to Lori’s patience, expertise, and significant efforts.
