Perfect move from booking to reliability of trucker to on time execution

It went really well, driver was so helpful and went out of his way to get car the day we needed him to and delivered on the day our son could be there.

Executive Auto Shippers was an easy company to work with. The transport driver was polite. My car arrived in the same condition it left in although an exterior odor was detected, not sure if that was from the transport exhaust or not. Overall it was a good experience.

Overall experience was very positive. Representatives in both sales and dispatch were very helpful through the entire process and driver was on time for both pickup and delivery of the vehicle. I'd call them in the future if needed.

Pick Up on first day available - fantastic - delivery as promised three days later. Melissa at Executive Auto Shippers was in constant contact - the trucker communicated well. A pleasant experience in the "Wild West" of shipping and automobile transport. Brazil, IN to the Panhandle of Florida ... A little more money than many - but you get what you pay for.

After all the horror stories I found when searching for a car transport, I must say that I was extremely satisfied with Executive auto shippers. Price was fair & service was great. I highly recommend & will definitely use them again if I need to ship a car.

Have used other auto transport companies before. Executive Auto transport made a difference because I was always able to keep in contact with either the driver or someone that could answer my questions or tell me date, time of pick up or delivery and drop off information.

Everything went amazingly smooth. The communication from Lori at Executive Auto Shippers as well as the driver from the transport company was great. After being concerned due the horror stories that are online about all vehicle shipping companies, I was very satisfied with the whole process.

I was skeptical just handing my car to a stranger but it went perfectly! In fact my car arrived earlier than expected and it actually seemed cleaner than when it left my driveway! I am very satisfied with the professional service from Executive Auto. Betty Van Gelder and Lori Kingdon from were very prompt and regular to update me the status of movement of my car at each stage. This made me feel very confident my car will arrive safe. They also directly contacted the driver and gave me the updates on few instances through the process. My car came to the destination on time and without any scratch what so ever. All conditions were as agreed earlier. No extra cost. I am very happy with this service and definitely recommend for others.

Never doing this before, I had so many questions. I called several companies. My call to Executive Auto Shippers was answered by Lori Kingdon. She is wonderful and answered all my concerns on how this all works. She gave me the cost and said that it would be the final price too, no surprise charges after all is said and done. She gave a bit a background that this is a family owned company and that someone is always available 24 hours once your car ships and you have any questions en route. I did choose them and there was always a friendly phone representative available whenever I had a question. Once you schedule your car you are informed of pickup, driver and carrier name and phone numbers. Both us and the recipient were kept informed during the whole process. Car was delivered with no mishaps. I would go with this company again and would recommend them to someone who has never shipped a car before.

The driver was great and took care of the car. He called and kept me posted on when he would pick up the car. We met him 2 blocks from our home. He did a fabulous job. We will definitely use Executive if we ship another car. They were very quick, affordable and reliable.

We shipped our Honda Accord from southern CA to DC last week. It was a very smooth process with excellent customer service from Lori at Executive Auto Shippers and a responsive car carrier rig owner/driver. The car arrived in 4 days, one day earlier than scheduled and the driver called to confirm he could deliver a day early, which worked out very well for both of us. I would use Executive Auto Shippers again to ship a personal vehicle.

This is my first experience needing a car transported. Was warned that there are many "shady" companies in this business. This firm was absolutely responsive to my needs and could not have been better in "hand holding" for my concerns. Delivery was as promised and all went well. Good folks to hire and would recommend to all.

Initially AES was helpful in getting the transport arranged; a driver was supposed to pick up the car on Satd Oct 27 and deliver Monday Oct 29; then AES changed it to pick up Monday. I waited all day Monday, calling the driver numerous times and he didn't even have vmail set up, never returned a text and I made another 5+ calls to AES. Then they changed it to another driver to pick up Tuesday. They said driver would be there mid-day Tues; despite more calls, texts, etc... he also did not return calls. After yet another round of calls to AES... they say the driver had a cold, had taken medicine that made him drowsy, but I would be his first pick up Wednesday and he was gassed up ready to go. So on Wednesday I started calling early... driver would not return a call, text, etc.. then AES says he will be there between 1-3; when he didn't show up I called... despite what AES told me, driver was still in Illinois but would be there between 5-6 (on Halloween night); then that slid to 6:30-7:30 from AES. At 7pm I called and asked the driver when he would be there... he said another 2.5 hours. What does that mean based on this experience... probably midnight if that. So I cancelled. AES was SOOOOO apologetic... completely insincere. I wasted soOOO much time calling, waiting, didn't get the car on time, etc etc. AES says they have access to a great fleet of drivers that they review and rate... well not at all in my experience. NEVER EVER AGAIN. AES should pay me for all time I wasted. They tout their great reviews on Angie's List... how in the world they explain this is incomprehensible.
