They where able to move my vehicle from Washington State to Florida during the worst weather conditions and safely. They were kind professional and courteous! I have given there name to others that work as federal employees that need to have their vehicles shipped. I highly recommend them above others.

Our car arrived damage free. It was picked up on the estimated day and delivered a day earlier than estimated. It was even brought right to the front door. This was a great first car transportation experience for us.

Splendidly. The carrier picked up the vehicle when they said they would, originally we were told the car would be delivered in 2 days; they actually exceeded our expectations by delivering it the following day in the early evening, in the same condition it was picked up in. During the process, Executive Auto Shippers communicated everything in very clear and concise emails or phone calls to keep me apprised of the process. They were excellent from start to finish.

Our shipping experience was smooth and painless. Lori did an excellent job explaining the whole process. The carrier picked up our car a day later than originally stated but since we were flexible, that did not cause a problem. The carrier kept us informed throughout. We were amazed at how fast everything went. We would definitely use Executive Auto again. The quote was higher than others that we received but it was well worth the price given how smoothly everything went.

I was very nervous about moving, but working with this company made things much easier. Their instructions were straightforward and worked well for me. I was able to pack clothes in the back of my car and have them transported with no problems. I did not have a specific day that I needed my vehicle to be in Florida, so having a window of pick up and drop off instead of set days and times was no issue for me. When the first driver assigned was unable to to pick up my vehicle, a new driver was assigned by Executive within days. Said driver was very nice, and got my vehicle to Florida with no issues. He also kept in contact with me throughout the process which I really appreciated. I would definitely use Executive as my broker again!

The carrier was excellent, they called us day before twice - once in the morning, another call evening confirming the pickup. The pickup call was within the given window of timeframe, car handoff was smooth. They picked up the car on Tuesday mid-day, and delivered on Thursday evening in CA. Excellent handling, fast delivery. You guys did great too, in picking the carrier, keeping us informed — in emailing, calling and the whole process. Lori at Executive was particularly very responsive and called me back right away when I had questions. We are happy we picked you guys.
