Executive Auto shippers provided a quote at a reasonable price, clearly explained the initial down payment would be deducted from the total with the balance due to the truck driver in cashiers or money order. I asked if they could pick up my car the same week and they were able to pick it up 2 days later (perhaps due to it being winter). The truck driver was scheduled arrive in Colorado the same day I was arriving on the plane so I requested a pick up time after 3pm local and they were very willing to comply. The driver ended up arriving the next day. My only reason for rating the quality and professionalism a "B" was due to the truck driver picking up and dropping off the car in one of the driving lanes of a main busy road and nearly causing traffic accidents even though we found a large shopping area parking lot that could handle a semi truck car carrier. The car arrived undamaged however the pick up and drop off of the car were unsafe in my opinion.

After a proper understanding of their process of the car pickup schedule, all went smooth. It really comes down to the transport company they select. I have moved cars many times in the past, and some were very bad. Just remember, you can reject a carrier at any time if something puts you off.

Wonderfully. Reading many reviews of auto shippers, we were wary of the whole process. We needed the car delivered in a short time. At first it seemed it wouldn't work out. Melissa ar EAS, however, performed near-miracles. She was patient (more than I was), competent, thorough, and got the job done. She found a driver, Dan, who could pick up on Wednesday and was able to deliver it on Friday in perfect condition. Dan got the car to Louisville almost before we could get there. The process was great from start to finish. We recommend Executive Auto for any transport you'd need. Ask for Melissa. She's terrific.

I solicited several bids for my move, and Melissa from Executive Auto Shippers provided a competitive bid with great information, and a strong feeling of professionalism. Also, the strong approval rating helped me decide to go with EAS. The carrier (Faster Transportation LLC) called me the night before pick up to arrange a location. The pickup took place on the first day of my window. Well, the driver was so efficient that the car arrived in under 3 days (earlier than my arrival date). Faster delayed the delivery so I could find someone to pick up the car. They delivered the car 30 miles away from the original location without adding any cost. The driver went above and beyond to help me out, so I would highly recommend Faster Transportation LLC also. I forgot to mention that no money was paid up front. EAS charged me when the car was picked up, and I had someone pay cash to the drive upon delivery. The car arrived in perfect condition, and I could not be more pleased with the entire process.

I searched Angie's List for an auto shipper to transport my Audi Convertible from Florida to Pennsylvania. I liked the reviews I read about Executive Auto Shippers and contacted them. Cassandra was helpful and very responsive and I ultimately contracted them. The driver and the rig were first rate and picked up to vehicle on time, kept in contact with me and deliverd it in two days and in perfect condition.

I was so confused about who to use. The estimates were all over the board and you didn't know the real costs until after you committed to using a company. I got Executive Auto Shippers off of Angies list contacted them and they made it all so easy. They were professional and straight forward. The price they quoted was a very fair price and that was what I paid in the end. There were absolutely no snags. The actual auto transporter was on time and delivered my car in original condition. I highly recommend Executive Auto Shippers. I would use them again in a heart beat.

after much research regarding how this is done, some trepidation regarding whether or not my vehicle would be damaged, and after checking with several other broker, I chose EAS. The price was about 20% higher than I expected. But they seemed to have a solid reputation. The person with whom I spoke (Melissa) seemed quite competent and answered all my questions regarding the risks / liabilities for the transport. I arranged to have the car picked up at a big parking near St Louis. The pickup went as planned late on a Thursday afternoon and Monday afternoon I was notified that the vehicle was in my area (PDX) ready for deliver the next day. The driver from Sunrise Express and I agreed on a large parking lot and the vehicle was delivered promptly at 0900AM as promised. The car was filthy from the winter road splashing but otherwise in great shape. The Delivery Driver (Serge) made certain that our windshield was clean enough so that we could drive to a car wash. All in all, a very satisfactory service.

Great. This industry consists mostly of scam-artists and scheisters, but not these guys. After two other companies took my money and strung us along for weeks, Executive said they would do it within 5 days, which was close to the time that it actually took. They are very responsive and call and email you back right away. The price was definitely fair, neither the lowest quote we got, but far from the highest. It was a pleasure dealing with them and I would definitely use them again. Keep in mind that they are brokers and not shippers, so your experience might vary, depending on whom they hire to transport your vehicle.

I got 4 quotes from different auto shipping companies and Executive Auto Shippers came in about $200 less than all the others. Our car was picked up around the date we agreed upon and arrived very fast. It only took 4 days to have it shipped across the country. Totally satisfied with my experience.

We reached out to Executive Auto Shippers to ship a car from Albany NY to Boston MA - they responded to us promptly with a very fair quote of $450 - which was lower than one other shipping firm (a third did not respond to our request for a quote). Melissa, at Executive, was very prompt and helpful as we emailed back and forth to complete paperwork and finalize a shipping date...and was able to plan around some scheduling issues on our end. In the end, we received our car in perfect condition and right on schedule - and the communication with and flexibility of Executive was fantastic.

Everything went as explained. The folks at Executive Auto, which acts as a broker, explained everything, and set up the shipment with the shipping company. The driver from the trucking company called us when expected and communicated well during the entire experience. He showed up to pick up the car when promised, and let us know a day in advance when he would arrive in OH. He was very helpful, and the car was returned in the exact shape it was given. Overall, this was a very positive experience. Executive asks for a deposit up front and then final payment when the car is received. It cost exactly what they told us it would.

Great! Only small problem was that they picked up the cars 2 days early, so we had to arrange for our friends to meet them and get the cars to our home. Small potatoes, and all went well. Cars arrived in perfect condition and we were kept up to date on all parts of the trip.

There was poor communication between the company and I. It was difficult to get in contact with the worker who was assigned to making my contract. They messed up my delivery date by one month. The company sent the driver the wrong address, making him drive to a different state. The driver himself got a speeding ticket while transporting my car, which made me feel uncomfortable considering their profession. Since transporting the vehicle was very close in time for me to fly out of the state, the poor communication made the transport stressful especially when they sent the wrong address to my driver. However, they delivered my car on the appropriate date with no new scratches. They also have competitive prices compared to other companies. I would hire again based on their price and much worse experience with other companies.

Executive Auto Shippers, like other such companies, posted the shipping job for truckers to bid on. They cannot promise the car will be shipped or arrive on any certain date. They guarantee a price and make arrangements with a trucker. They were fine, quite professional and reliable. The driver who took on the job, however, was difficult to deal with. He was quite abrupt and unhelpful. He spoke little English and made little attempt to understand. He examined the car for any existing damage, which is standard practice, but went over it with a fine tooth comb marking every hint of a scratch. At the receiving end, he arrived earlier than expected (before we arrived in town). He refused to drive into our subdivision with his truck, though the driver who brought our other car had no problem doing that. He insisted on leaving the car in a Walmart parking lot. The car was fine and we were able to arrange for someone else to pick it up for us, so all was well, but dealing with this driver was not a pleasant or reassuring process. I don't blame Executive Auto Shippers, but there is no way to rate the trucking company.

Driver (a.k.a. "Carrier) arrived as scheduled and texted when he was an hour from arriving at our location. Price quoted was same as price paid. Would definitely recommend and will use Executive Auto Shippers again

Cassandra and Sasha at Executive Auto Shippers were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were both more than happy to answer any and all of my questions. We were given a very reasonable quote that fit the timeframe that we needed. Our cars ended up being assigned to Rus at USA Express. Rus called the day before pickup to tell me when he would be arriving to pick up our vehicles and then called again the next morning to confirm when he would be arriving. The vehicles were loaded and then sent on their way. A few days and 1760 miles later, Rus called to let us know when he would be arriving the next day with the vehicles. As with pickup, Rus also called the morning of delivery to confirm when he would arrive. The vehicles arrived in the same condition as when they were picked up. Rus from USA Express was wonderful to deal with too. He was pleasant and respectful and was more than happy to explain the vehicle loading process to our granddaughters. I would like to extend a very big thank you to Cassandra, Sasha, and the rest of the people at Executive Auto Shippers along with Rus and USA Express.
