Very pleased with car transport. Car arrived in excellent condition and everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. Car arrived in time frame that we were given and driver was very thorough in his inspection of car. Would highly recommend this company.

The car was picked up according to our schedule and delivered on time without damage of any sort. Couldn't as for more except lower price. Still less expensive than many other carriers.

Fabulously We were on a time crunch and Betty made it happen. Car left KCSaturday and will be delivered Tuesday night. Betty was amazing:professional, knowledgeable and empathetic to our plight. Kept in touch with me on status. She set the bar for customer service. We can’t thank her enough for making making my hisband’s transition to retirement so seamless.

The carrier they hired was terrible. The driver did not speak English or go to the location I was told to meet at for retrieval of the vehicle. Driver called 30 mins before pick up but was not within the time frame that I was given. The driver did not give any notice upon vehicle arrival. He called when he was there and demanded that someone come pick up the vehicle immediately.

Everything went as smooth as possible. They were very communicative and George the transporter was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this company. They do what is promised and there are no "hidden" charges or fees.

This is the first time using an Auto Transport service. It has been a nightmare. I selected Executive Auto Shippers due to their great reviews on Angie’s List. The company promised to have a driver pickup my car on April 24th to be delivered on April 26th. Late morning on April 24th, I was called to communicate that the driver had mechanical issues. The pickup would be delayed 2 days and delivery would happen on April 29th. Instead of immediately looking for a new driver, I was asked, “Why is this a concern?” I shared that I’m starting a new job and would incur additional expenses by renting a car. They offered to search for a new driver but could not guarantee better dates. Since they work in the car transport industry, I asked the probabilities of not getting the desired dates. And again, they would rephrase their line, “Sir, we cannot guarantee better dates” If they work on this industry on a daily basis, wouldn’t they have a good sense? I made the decision to change driver with the little information at hand. Late afternoon, I called back to get a status. The representative communicated that she was about to start working on my case. I was in shock and cancelled the order immediately. There is no sense of urgency from this company. I realize that they don’t have control over the drivers. However, my case should have been given priority due to the incident. Now, I’m forced to drive 16 hours and lost a non-refundable airfare. If you need a reliable and friendly car transport, do not use this company.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Provided a clear outline of the process and fees upfront. Actually came in below the initial quote. Delivery was within estimated days and the driver was flexible with daughter’s school schedule (at UofW) to arrange drop off at a close-by location.

Everything went flawlessly. I was hesitant about using a shipping broker, but my son suggested I call Executive. Betty and Melissa convinced me that they could do the job on time so I entrusted my classic car to their care. Rick was the actual shipper/ driver. He was punctual and delivered the car on the day I wanted it to arrive. Mine was one of 6 on his enclosed truck. I highly recommend Executive and the actual shipping company they used.

Placed order and the car was picked up the next day and delivered the following day. Everything went as promised and the customer service rep and driver were helpful and responsive.

After reading so many awful reviews for other transport companies, I was very skeptical. With that said, our experience with Executive Auto was top notch from start to finish. The driver showed when he said he was in Colorado and delivered the car when he said he would in Bethesda. The driver did his best to get as close as he could to our homes for both pick up and delivery. Highly recommend!

Once we received the pick up date everything went as planned. We didn’t realize that we wouldn’t receive the pick up date until a day or two before pickup. But once received everything went perfectly. The price was much cheaper than multiple other companies. Highly recommend!

Although pricey (but similar to other quotes), the service was great with a quick response time and a quick turnaround time from the time I contacted them to when they found a shipper. The shipper they found was equally responsive and great to deal with. Everything went great.
