Pick-up and drop-off drivers were punctual and courteous. They went out of their way to make shipping the vehicle as easy for us as possible. Picked up our house, dropped off within 1 block of destination (due to narrow streets). Well done!

The entire process went very smoothly. With enough advance notice, car was picked up and loaded onto carrier and was in California three days later. The driver, Thomas with Rus-Al, Inc., was professional and courteous. In California, he was very prompt meeting my daughter for her to receive the vehicle, which was in exactly same condition as when loaded onto the carrier. I would definitely use this company again, and their quote was a bit less than other companies.

Recommend for any Military Move/PCS: The shipment of my wife's vehicle went better than anticipated. For the price of the deposit, final amount and time from placement of request to delivery went nothing less than perfect. Executive Auto Shippers LLC had a transport company identified two days into a four day holiday weekend (less opportunities) and had night shift POC call me to update on the pick-up. The after hours POC was available to relay updates and address any concerns, this was a surprise and reassuring. They identified H.W.A LLC, (Raleigh, NC) as the trucking contractor and two brothers from the family run business picked up in KS promptly and delivered to NC ahead of schedule with no issues whats so ever. I, 100%, intend to use Executive and hopefully H.W.A. on our next move and recommend it if you are you part of the military community. Thank you.

Company was very responsive and definitely made an effort to ship the truck. In the end of the day though, they provided a quote that was not consistent with the market. I offered to pay an additional $150 (over the $1350 quote) and they still were not able to find a shipper. Another broker had quoted me $1700 and said that is what it takes to ship this truck. When I told him I was seeing a lower price elsewhere he said I would be back. He was right. I spent about 2 weeks waiting for someone to take my truck with Executive Auto Shippers. When I called him back (another firm), he had my truck picked up within 24 hours and on the way to the East Coast. I do think Executive Auto Shippers is very professional and they were responsive. For basic, modern car shipping, I would not hesitate to try them again. This was a vintage SUV and perhaps it was just not something they were familiar with.

Executive Auto Shippers (EAS) responded amazingly quickly. Maybe by luck of drivers in the area, but in this case, EAS processed my request and the vehicle was picked up the next day. Not likely that everyone will get that speed, but it indicates that EAS did process my need and worked to secure an available driver quickly. The driver, Dennis from Coastal Auto Transport, was prompt, courteous, and professional. The delivery was made in 9 days (within the estimated time for delivery), and Dennis had the car ready with the A/C on when we picked it up! It was clean as picking up a rental car. I highly recommend EAS and would use them again without question.

Ok. Some confusion on pickup address which increased the price vs. initial estimate. Carroll arrived, and I later noticed minor damage that occurred during transit. Exec auto shippers is helping me submit a claim with the carrier. We will see.

Executive Auto Shippers made it easy to ship a car from California to our son in Ohio. The process was explained on the website, and specific information was sent via e-mail. My questions were answered via phone by Lori, a friendly, patient and helpful person. I reserved a First Available Date for pickup of the car. The driver arrived two days later (within the five-day pickup window). I received a call from the driver and an e-mail from EAS that morning. The driver arrived at the arranged time and took great care in getting the Corolla onto his truck. This very helpful and professional gentleman, Arnold the driver, answered the few questions I had at that point. I was given an expected delivery date (travel time eight days). The car arrived in six days, and the delivery was so smooth that my son never mentioned it in his first excited-to-have-a-car phone call to me. I highly recommend Executive Auto Shippers and would use them again if I needed this service.

I got quotes from about 5 other companies and Executive was very competitive and clear about the price which not all the brokers were. Lori communicated very well with me and helped make sure the timing was as close as we needed as I was only going to be on the receiving end for 3 days. It would have been nice to have a little more notice from the truck driver but understand that that is not under Executives control and there is a lot of last minute scheduling in this business. Was very happy with Executive and would use again.

I used Angie's List to help find 3 shipping companies to compare service and cost of shipping a vehicle from MN to CA. All 3 responded and provided quotes. Executive Auto Shippers was the leader on both fronts. Their quote was the most competitively priced and their response speed to all of my questions was great. Having never done this before, there were a lot of questions. EAS kept in contact while the service window grew closer and they updated the bid and the resulting price had actually decreased. They are a broker and they found a shipping company that was actually local and set up the contract. The whole process was slick. The shipper they selected had a lot of experience and did a nice job.

The work went very well, Betty gave me a quote and explain in very detail. Melissa followed up to gave the driver name and contact information, and her coworker gave me the head up on delivery information, so that I got everything done before driver pick up my car. driver, David truck. Driver came close where I live, loaded my car and inform me the delivery date and asked me to call him when I get to San Francisco. As soon as I got out the airport, David call me, I went over to pick up my CR-V and I paid him in cash.The overall communication was great, Exacutive auto team has very good team work, they followed the incoming Email,text or phone and get back to you very soon.

Executive was very professional and helpful. Any problems that came up they assisted. They guaranteed a weekend delivery date and the carrier they hired to do the transport, Cal Eastern Transport Inc., advised me on on Wed they would not deliver on weekend. They stated that just because Executive guaranteed it, that it wasn't for certain it would happen. It all worked out and I was able to take delivery on Thursday and Executive was ready to assist if needed, but in the future I would make more certain on any "guarantees" for a weekend delivery. I would use Executive in the future.
