He quit because I asked him if there was a work around for getting a construction permit for the project when the couty requested additional notes that might have requireed an architect. When I tried to inquire if there was a work around, he quit because it was "too mudh aggravation and too stressful to answer the question?. He is is not a reliable or dependable contractor. I worked around his quote in planning this major renovation and he put a thorn in my project b3cause I asked a question."
