Keith was very professional and very efficient. He responded really quick and answered the phone when I called. He told me how long the job would take. On the day of service, he called me gave me an expected time of arrival. He is very knowledgeable on what needed to be done. After he finished he cleaned up after himself. I am using him again.

Everything went great! They were prompt and friendly with service. The area where my box was replaced was initially too cramped for the new box which required additional work and time to perform the replacement. They did not charge me extra for this which was very nice of them. Technician updated me at every step via text message so I could stay informed. Very personal and courteous service.

They were great. It was perfect work. On quality, everyone who looks at the work said it was top line work. I’m not an electrician, but I’ve had two electricians come look at it and they say “Couldn’t do better.” On responsiveness, he called back in 6 minutes after I contacted him. On punctuality, he made the appointment and showed up at the right day and right time. On professionalism, I spent about 5 hours with him while he was working. Very professional. Very nice man. Overall, he was methodical. He took the old panel down. He checked all the wires. He put the new panel up. Just professional work. It was hard work. He was working in my garage. I think his work was A. It took him 4-1/2 hours. He wanted to know why I was replacing the panel. I told him. He said that I was doing a good thing, because the equipment I had, had proven to be faulty, in the past. And he made a point to tell me that my insurance company would appreciate knowing that I had upgraded the electrical service for the house. He explained to me what he was doing and we listened to some music together while he was working. I was amazed at how he could figure out what the heck he was doing. There was like 40-50 pieces of wire hanging in front of him. He brought all of his cleaning material, he brought his own garbage can. He picked up cut wire all over the place. He cleaned up. I told him I would call him for regular electrical work. He said no, the only thing he does is replace electrical fuse boxes. He’s a good guy, and it was a good service for electrical panel replacement.

Keith was fantastic, the quality of his work speaks for itself (even to an electrical novice like myself can see the photographs on his website are expertly done, and we've got electricians doing smaller work at the property who mentioned how well the install had been done). Always good with communication, can deal with unexpected situations perfectly, and was able to get the work done even faster than expected. Very pleased with the result, and would certainly recommend his services to anyone requiring new panels.

I have been waiting for almost a year to find someone who can do the job with any issues. Finally I am glad that I found Keith. It was a pleasant experience. I wish there are more contractors like him. He completed work on time, left place clean, and most important did not overcharge me. I will hire him in future.

During the work, he provided auxiliary power so my wife could work in her home office. The work was completed as promised. Keith was meticulous and keep the areas clean throughout the project. He repaired the drywall where needed. The attention to detail was great. The before and after pictures were telling. Keith takes pride in his work and it shows. All breakers are now properly labeled and safe. Highly recommend - top quality work.

I called Keith Friday evening, and was impressed when he called me back almost immediately, It was not an emergency call, and I took the first appointment available. Keith replaced the indoor main panel and did a beautiful job, it looked almost like a work of art when he was done with it; he is obviously a perfectionist. I asked him to take a look at my outside panel, as it was old and deteriorated, and one of the makes/models that had it's U/L rating revoked due to design & safety concerns. Based on the above and Keith's visual inspection we decided the outdoor panel most definitely needed to go. Keith came back Saturday morning and took care of that job, and painted the new box and surrounding area so the paint matched up nicely. Keith does excellent work, is very professional, and gets my best recommendation.

Asked this man to show up early and although he was a considerable distance from me, he was at my house at 8:00am. Worked a straight 5 hours with no break. Because I have an older house, he encountered a few problems installing the electrical panel, but he was able to solve all the problems. If you need your electrical panel re-done, this is your man. I highly recommend him
