Keith arrived promptly for what I thought would be a very simple job in changing the bulb in my pool light. Unfortunately it transpired that not only had the light fixture completely burned out, but it was a very expensive multi colored Hayward light. I certainly did not want to spend the $500-$600 necessary to replace that particular light as all I really wanted was a regular pool light. Keith very kindly accompanied me to purchase a new regular pool light and then fitted it into the pool for me. As anyone who has done it knows fitting a pool light, while not complex, can be challenging. Keith did a great job and was very pleasant and cheerful. I am very happy that my pool is once again illuminated at night and I will certainly be using Essex Electrical and Keith again.
Description of Work: spent nearly 3 hours (including a visit to a pool supplier), in fixing a new complete light fixture into my pool.

The whole experience went very well. I found Essex using an online electrician search tool I found by googling "electricians" in my zip code. Keith responded within minutes and quoted me a very reasonable price to replace the interior electrical panel in our home. He was able to perform the work on the day we needed. He showed up about 20 minutes early and was done well before his estimated time. My husband stayed at home while he performed the work and was very impressed with Keith's professionalism. We had him out a second time the following week to replace the exterior panel. Again, he was punctual and efficient.
Description of Work: My husband and I hired Essex to replace our interior and exterior electrical panels. Keith responded to my request for service immediately and was able to come out on the day I requested to perform the service. He was punctual and very efficient. My husband works with contractors for a living and was especially impressed with Keith's knowledge and level of professionalism. We would definitely recommend Keith to anyone looking for electrical work.

I obtained a quote for replacing my old fuse box with a circuit breaker panel and the day and time was set. Keith was early and very professional. The quality of his work was excellent, He was very hardworking and polite.This job took approx 5 hours He offered to run a electrical line for my refrigerator since the power had to be shut off. I will be keeping Essex Electrical Service at the top of my list for any kind of electrical work that needs to be done.I would definitely recommend him to others

They came in and took care of the problem in a very timely way. They were clean, nice and quick! No problems what so ever.
Description of Work: I found that some of my outlets were not working and did not know what the issue was. I called Essex and Keith was very helpful on the phone. He made it to my house the next day and identified the problem and provided a quote with no fuss. I found dealing with them very easy, helpful and reasonable in price.
