DR POOL

The service went well for over a year. The service was terminated when I returned from out of town one week, the pool was down below the skimmer and the locking ring was unsecured on the pump's lid. The loose lid allowed the pool water to be pumped out on the ground until the motor shut off. DR POOL took no responsibility for this. I live in a gated community, and it is unlikely that anyone else would have touched the equipment.

We were basically quite pleased with the work they did. We originally wanted the pool acid washed, but they came up with a cheaper alternative. They were good on the follow-up. They offered to do regular maintenance, but we decided to do that ourselves.

Although my original impression of Dr Poo was very positive, over time the service deteriorated. We ended up canceling the service because we don't understand why the water is green and not clear.

We are pleased with the quality of the work and the end result. Eduardo patiently answered our questions and made sure we understood how everything worked.

Dr Pool is very reliable. The servicemen come pretty regularly each week and the pool always looks sparkling clean. When I have an issue with maintenance, Eduardo is very good at responding and comes out quickly. He explains things clearly and is very helpful. The only place there would be room for improvement is in getting the office to call you back. Sometimes it takes a few days, which is not good if you are dealing with a mechanical problem. All in all though, they are lovely people and do a good job.

I hired Dr. Pool approximately 3 years ago and have had pool cleaning service with them since. They have been a very good company to do business with and are fast and efficient in treating any repair problems. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a conscientious and professional pool service.

They sent someone quickly. He was efficient and professional.

We stopped using them because we felt that they weren't doing a very good job with the cleaning like when they were supposed to be vacuuming they weren't. They were supposed to be vacuuming in the fall and they weren't. Their price was pretty competitive. We were using them for about six months.

One person handled the skimmer and one person did the motor. They did a good job. They performed the duties that we asked. Their price was very competitive, and they were here on time.

Very happy with Dr. Pool.

There's nothing that stands out. They came within a day or two as promised. I would tell my friends and family members to go for them.

Mr. Pool's technician arrived a bit early. He was supposed to come after 3 PM yet he arrived at about 2:30. Fortunately, there was somebody at home at that time. This resulted the only and quot;Band quot; grade I gave. He found that the pump is working just fine. The pipe leaks let air in the system and prevent the pump from sucking water from the pool. Fixed the leaks. Then he found that one of the valves also had a faulty gasket, he had one in the truck, replaced it. The pump now runs fine. In addition, when I mentioned that the pool cleaner's hose attachment is lose under the water line, he quickly fixed that no charge. I was happy with the amount I paid as well, I was braced to replace the pump again. By the way, Mr. Pool was the third company I called with my problem. The first one and quot;Aand quot; rated on Angie's List never called back. The second called back the next day, but only after I arranged the repair with Mr. Pool. That's an A for responsiveness for Mr. Pool. Definitely will use them in the future. Update on 6/25/2012: Continued strong performance. Eventually the old pump gave up and Mr. Pool installed a brand new one. I's been working now for over 2 months and no problems. Quiet, powerful, and by running at 120 Watts most of the time saves energy over the 2 HP pump I had before.

They provide us a good service and they are punctual. I never had any issues with them. I don't have a lot of comparison for them and they do a good job and they is nothing special about them. They do a reliable job. I will use them in future.

We have used Dr Pool for a number of years and have always felt that he has dealt with us honestly and fairly. He responded quickly to my voice message with a reasonable price, and did the work promptly.

We just bought our home and the previous owners did not take proper care of the pool. The water needed a shock treatment and cleaning. We were first visited by the company's owner Mrs. Cristina Mascarenhas. She was very professional, helpful and scheduled someone to help us right on the spot. Just one day later we found our pool water beautiful again. The workers also provide advice for needed service and educated us with operating the pool pump and equipment.

We are very satisfied with them. They are very professional and they answer many of my questions and explain the why and impact that certain things would have on the pool. They always give us recommendations on how to take a better care of the pool and communicate very well with us.

ALTHOUGH WE LOVED THE WORK THAT THIS COMPANY ACCOMPLISHED, MY HUSBAND WANTED TO SAVE SOME MONEY AND LET THEM GO. WHILE THEY WORKED FOR USE THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND WE GOT TOP NOTCH QUALITY FOR A VERY FAIR PRICE.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. AFTER THE HURRICANE, THEY SENT A NOTICE OUT TO US SAYING THEY WERE BACKED UP and WOULD GET TO US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. IT WAS NICE TO SEE A COMPANY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE THEIR CUSTOMERS WERE SATISFIED.

DR. POOL IS ONE OF THE BEST COMPANIES TO HIRE FOR POOL SERVICE IN OUR AREA. THEIR SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM ARE SECOND TO NONE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT.

DOCTOR POOL HAS VERY SERIOUS EMPLOYEES. THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE AND VERY HONEST WORKERS. THEY KEEP MY POOL RUNNING PROPERLY AND LET ME KNOW IF ANYTHING IS NOT UP TO PAR AS IT SHOULD BE.
