Broward Exterior Design

Very Bad! I asked for a free written estimates for a paver extension to the driveway and a new paver driveway with copies of the contractor's license and proof of insurance certificate. After about a week, I did not receive anything. So, I sent an email, a text, and finally I called, but no response. Finally, I went to the place of business, where is the owner was pressure washing a boat. The owner told me he would email that afternoon the estimates, contractor's license, proof of insurance certificate, and some references of some people with contact names and phone numbers of some recent jobs he completed. So far, nothing. I would stay away from this company. They do not do what they promise.

Terrible, have waited 5 weeks for my order of pavers to arrive, and now no one will email or call me back regarding the job we agreed upon. Horrible follow through!

These guys came in and took $200 from us to create a design and never delivered the drawings with the excuse they were working on a big project. When I requested my money back, they said "we are 70% complete" and will send them. Two weeks later, no communication, no design and no money refunded!!! Do not trust them. This is not the way to do sustainable business.

Went well once it started. Took a while to get started due to availability. But good work and completed quickly. Would hire again.
