Changed all the windows, doors, and garage door to impact rated. The house looks amazing and I feel much safer within my home.

Although it took 4 months instead of 2 from the time of initial signing of the contract and downpayment until actual installation, which owner Mike Gomez attributed to delays on the part of the manufacturer, the installation itself went smoothly, the crew was very professional and the quality of the accordion shutters and ease of use is excellent. In summary very happy with the final results. What really stood out about Mike Gomez is that he always immediately answered any questions or delay concerns that I had. Immediate prompt responsiveness, communication and customer service was always excellent with Mike, something that is rare these days no matter what kind of contractor you are dealing with.

Mike Gomez is a great professional! I have a 1975 condo and from experience fixing one thing can cause an issue somewhere else. Love the impact windows and doors from Eco. They did such a great job ordering the correct sizes and type of windows. It looks amazing. I wasn’t too happy with the final finishes at first but Michael noticed and agreed it was done poorly when he did his walk through. He sent the installers back the very next day and perfected all the finish work. I don’t expect perfection, but for the owner to see a discrepancy and take the initiative to correct it himself is the most that I can ask for from any business owner. For that I’m truly appreciate and would recommend blueprint to anyone. That’s the type of company I want to be in business with.
