Dear Angie's Member, We are sorry that our company was unable to satisfy your concern at the time, however, we are a little confused to your reasoning for leaving us such a poor review considering we never performed work at your residence on 07/26/2014, especially when you opted to cancel your call. You contacted our company at 2:00 PM for a phone estimate for a toilet back up which we do not give. Our CSR informed you that we could place a call on for you same day, however, being that you are located far South, we wouldn't be able to assist you until later that afternoon. Normally we require a trip fee for distance traveled, however, we offered to credit our mobilization fee if you had the work performed along with 15% off for being an Angie's List customer. You were told that we would be out between the hours of 2 PM and 6 PM and also informed that we would give you a call 45 minutes ahead of time to let you know that we were on our way. You called back to request an update at 3:00 PM. At that time, our technicians were still on previously booked calls and that you were still on our schedule and well within the time estimated during initial service call. You understood and informed our CSR that you still wanted us to come out and perform service. At 3:45 PM our CSR called you to inform you that our technicians were still on the earlier stated jobs but you were next or that we could reschedule for Monday. You informed her no thank you, that you would call another company, and canceled the call. Again, we are apologetic for our ability to not be able to address your concern within your time constraints and empathize with the anxiety that this may have caused.
