The office staff sai they didnt want me to be disappointed by their service, but if thats how they feel they should keep to their promise of trying to move your service to a sooner date rather than squeezing other jobs in before yours and making you wait longer. You need to work to solve customer problems for a good reputation, not make excuses. If its true that you told your employee to sit in the office for 4 hours today instead of puling my permit due to NSF -after as much work as we have done together and are planning to do - that was a poor business decision. Some companies make excuses, and some companies solve problems.
"Good Morning Ms. [Member Name Removed], My name is Aaron and I started with A to Z Statewide Plumbing a little over a year ago, unfortunately after your less than perfect experience with our company. I know it has been a few years, but, I wanted to reach out and see if there was anything I could do to win back your business. I noticed you used our services a few more times after this specific work done and wanted to know if they were suitable. From the notes I was able to access, I see there were issues that you mentioned in your review with the initial NSF deposit check. Unfortunately, from a business standpoint and especially given the amount of the job, a NSF check would hold up all aspects of any job large or small and it is policy and procedure to place on hold any work associated in this instance. I also see read that you were on a very tight time frame and wanting to have work completed ASAP. Again, our office and staff were only following P&P. It seems miscommunication was also a major factor on both parts during this transaction and I personally apologize and take responsibility for the lack of awareness of the office during this time. I do want to state that we made more than enough attempts to contact you during this time to resolve the NSF cashiers check in order to move along the process. Again, I hope not to drum up old memories, but to move forward and ask for an opportunity to better serve you. I would love to send you a voucher for $ OFF services to win you back. If you were to be interested, please contact me at 1.800.930.1123 to discuss at your convenience. At Your Service, Aaron A to Z Statewide Plumbing"
They then applied my $299 certificate, leaving a balance due of $30 for parts and $100 additional for labor. After my discussion with him, he said in order to address my dissatisfaction, which I clearly expressed to him, he would waive the balance due.
Bottom line is that I should have asked more questions up front. I have never had an experience such as this with any professional or tradesman in the past.
I must mention that Ricky did apply booties to his shoes to keep my floors clean, but since they too will be replaced, there was no need.
My only (and minor) contention is that I specified to the company to have the plumber call me just before arriving so I can open the security gate. I happen to be waiting by the pool area of my complex, and the truck just drove by, not stopping. The company did apologize for not following this, and promised to correct this. This was in no fault of the plumber.
I have recommended this company to fellow HOA residents of my complex, and will continue to do so.
"Member, Thank you very much for posting an "A" rating for our company. We really appreciate the opportunity to provide you with your Plumbing service needs and look forward to assiting you in the future should you require our services. Thanks Again from All of Us at A to Z Statewide Plumbing Sincerely, Donald B. Kitchen General Manager"
Don't waste your money on their Diamond Club; it is good for nothing.
"Good Morning Member, I want to apologize on behalf of myself and our company as I just learned that we were unable to service you yesterday. It is very unlike us to fall behind and not be able to service our customers especially our Diamond Club Members. Unfortunately almost our entire fleet was out all night Saturday at Sawgrass Mills Mall until 4:00 a.m. Sunday including myself as they had a major sewer problem. That left all of our trucks full and unable to be emptied until later Sunday. This was a very unusual situation and I apologize for the inconvenience. I had our dispatcher call you this morning and see if there was anything we could do but she was only able to leave a message. I also spoke to our on call Tech yesterday and advise him that he should have gone out to your residence to ensure that there was nothing that could have been done and possibly found a way to give you some relief. So with all that being said I do realize that we failed you and that weighs heavy on me and our staff and just wanted to reach out and share my thoughts with you. If you ever have another plumbing, septic, or sewer problem and find it in your heart to call us again please mention to our CSR that you would like Don Kitchen to know that you are calling so that I may make some special adjustments for you. I am Sorry and Thank You for sharing your concerns as they will ultimately make us Better. Regards, Donald B. Kitchen Director of Operations A to Z Statewide Plumbing [email protected]"
