Response from A to Z Statewide Plumbing
Dear Angie's Member, Thank you for taking the time to review our company. Upon researching your account, there were a couple of things that stood out. You grossly OVERESTIMATED your pricing in your Angie's List Review a long with combining multiple jobs into one review. Once repairs were made you canceled your Diamond Club Membership that you signed up for to receive our special discounts and preferred availability only to leave a poor review over a year later. For reference, you contacted our company 9/22/14 for a tankless water heater estimate. You were quoted then opted for a traditional tank heater. Less than one month later 10/09/2014, you called us out for a high water bill. You were estimated for a slab-leak and pipe replacement and signed off on the proposal. Then, it seemed you were not pleased with the original, signed proposal quote, so, you contacted our company and your estimate was reviewed and lowered by a supervisor. From there, you agreed to have work performed for the agreed upon pricing. You then called us out 10/22/2016 for a new call for a kitchen faucet, to which, we installed and corrected free of charge for you. You were billed a total of $3,341.25 over the course of (3) jobs. $791.25 for the water heater installation and $2,550.00 for the high-water bill/slab-leak/pipe replacement job (separate jobs), and $0.00 for the free house call for the faucet. You stated $6,000 in your review, when in fact, you were only billed a little over half of that number. I understand it is difficult when older homes such as yours, built in the the 1950's, begin to experience plumbing issues. There are times when we all wish we had an easy button to resolve these types of situations, however, the only real solution is to resolve them by reinvesting in one's home's systems and unfortunately this is often not an inexpensive fix. Thank you for your patronage and good luck! Aaron A to Z Statewide Plumbing
