Had to saw through wall, but found the leak. Gave a quote to repair leaking bathtub.

While they were pumping out my septic tank they discovered the baffle and lid were both broken. They had to have an outside company rebuild the concrete lid. They were professional, knowledgeable and I would recommend them to others. They also gave me a discount that I greatly appreciated.

Angel, the serviceman for A to Z Plumbing is one of the most professional and courteous workers I've dealt with. Angel was true to his word, coming back the next day to finish the job. Mind you, this is with Hurricane Matthew approaching. Customer service exemplified!

I called on Saturday morning to have my septic pumped out. Ralph the technician showed up on time and was very professional. Haywood was the truck operator, he was very professional and quick. This company has state of the art equipment and cleaned up after the project was complete. Great work guys!!!

From the time I called to the time Jonathon left , the process was perfect. I called and scheduled someone out to make some adjustments for a new vanity. Jonathon showed up on time, read through the specs , explained what needed to be done and quickly got it done. He was quick, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Tim was extremely thorough and professional. He did an excellent job.

With 2 hours of calling I had a service tech at my office. Tim was one of the best service techs I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He listened to the problem we were having. He did not make us feel rushed or cut us off. He listened and then observed on his own. After finalizing his own observation he was crystal clear on what my options were. Upon approving the service required and price, he worked quickly and efficiently. Based on Tim's service alone, I would recommend A to Z.

Excellent service. Received a call back within 15 minutes. Technician Joey Neal showed up at the house very quickly and replaced a 50 gallon water heater (that was 16-year old) in a promptly and efficient manner. I would gladly recommend AtoZ Statewide plumbing.

I feel they replace more than they actually have to in order to charge more money.

I called A to Z after another plumbing company was supposed to do the job but after the 3 hour window came and went (they did call 3 hours after the appointment time to see if I wanted them to come-- it was 9pm!) I looked at Angie's list and decide to call A to Z. They were prompt, gave me an estimate and then did the job. Eben, the plumber, was courteous, careful to put on the booties, cleaned up afterward and did best of all unclogged the drain. I would highly recommend the company.

Joey and his service team were great. Prompt, courteous and did a great job. My problem was the office follow up on permit. It was horrible. Dealing with Bonnie was a challenge at best. She gave me misinformation that was not true about the permit scheduling instead of admitting she dropped the ball. My yard was left uncovered for 4 days unnecessarily causing my trig to die and need replacing. She did not follow up on either time the inspector showed up causing the inspector to tell Joey by phone in front of me that they would be charged if not handled correctly the third time he showed up. I was able to contact city and knew the inspection schedule promptly which is why I know the information Bonnie gave me was wrong. If not for the great service from Joey I would not recommend this company to handle a permitted project but Joey turned a horrible situation into an acceptable one. It took 6 weeks to get my final inspection after job was completed.

The plumber came out to find the cause of water leaking in to the living room. He verified at the water meter that there was indeed a leak. He cut several holes in the living room wall and found the leak was coming from a pipe in the cement slab underneath the bathtub. At this point he said the best course of action was to reroute the pipes to bypass the leak. He checked the attic to see if the reroute could be done there and advised me to get with my insurance company, total charge $264.00. He came out the next day and spoke with my son about rerouting the water pipes and gave my son a price tag of up to $10,000. I called and requested they send a proposal to my insurance company. It took several calls and few days to get the proposal sent. All this time we're having to go with minimal water just turning it on once a day to flush toilets, fill water bottles and shower. Once the insurance adjuster reviews the proposal he calls me to say he's sending another contractor out to see the scope of work needed because the A to Z Statewide proposal was $6500.00 and they wanted to get another estimate. The other plumber came out and could not believe we had been without water for almost a month! ?He informed me that the leak could get capped and the water turned on to some rooms of the house. He proceeded to isolate the leak to the pipe between the bathroom and the laundry room, capped it and voila, we had water in the bathrooms and ran a hose from the outside water spigot to the kitchen.?They sent a proposal to the insurance company for $1500. The following week came out and fixed the problem. I was very disappointed with the?service I received from A to Z Statewide. Not only were the prices outrageous, they never even mentioned that the leak could be capped and water restored to the bathrooms. Very poor service!

The servicemen arrived promptly, explained everything they were going to do. Showed me the problem when the lid was unearthed and how they were going to fix it. They were polite and professional. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Eben showed up and was extremely professional dug up and was able to locate the lid of my septic tank it turns out that originally when the septic tank was cleaned the person that came prior did not properly seal the edges of the lid therefore causing sand and dirt to go through the cracks . this was causing holes in my grass . he took the time to explain to me what needed to be done he suggested that I go ahead and replace the lid seeing that it was old and in the future could have problems I agreed and he came and took measurements and we set up an appointment to have it changed out very seldom do you run across individuals who actually are concerned about your home and want the best I would definitely recommend A to Z Plumbing for any plumbing needs and if you need any professional advice ask for Evan he will guide you in the right direction. just want to add , when finished all the dirt and grass was properly put back in place as though nothing had been done . gave me a quote on the spot and I agreed to install a new lid.

Phone rep was very pleasant. Gave a window of 9 am to 12 pm. Technician showed up around 915 am. He was excellent. He was very professional. He explained the problem and solution clearly and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. We were given recommendations with no pressure. No hard sell or anything like that. We will definitely use A to Z Statewide Plumbing in the future. We hope they always send Eben who was extremely compitent and pleasant.

The provider did install the water heater but it seemed I needed an electrician to respond for electrical work. the provider called a friend who first quoted my wife $800.00 for the job and as soon as I arrived, I was quoted $1200.00. I felt I was being taken advantage of. The provider called another electrician to respond. When the electrician responded, he observed that I needed to upgrade my electrical panel and advised he would call me with a quote. I have yet to hear back from him. If I were to use this company again, I would only want Joey who's an employee to respond to my home, he's the best.

Advertised "straight forward pricing" and they were any but straight forward. Lots of hassle until spoke to manager. Still dissatisfied!

I requested service on Dec 10th. Appointment was made for Monday the 14th. I received a call that morning to tell me Ralph (Plumber) would arrive in approximately 45 minutes. He arrived exactly then! He made an assessment, gave me my options and did the work on the spot. Very pleased. He was pleasant and professional.

Joe Neal was great. He's going to be my new permanent plumber! At first he attempted to just repair the faucet to try and avoid the full replacement to save me money, but it just didn't work. I'm glad he was able to get the work done eventually! I just couldn't be more pleased.
