They were very good. It was cold. What I like the most was the efficiency of the workers and the fact that even though they came out and supposedly cleared the lines when the problem still persisted after I was told they were finished and I was good, that I was not charged an added fee for the work that they had to come back to do. I would use them over the other company I had.

Joey also noticed that another plumber had put the wrong handle on my American Standard toilet and that's why the toilet wasn't flushing properly. He replaced the handle. He went on the roof to use the snake. Problems were solved. He was very polite and efficient.

The plumber, Joey, discovered that the bolt was tightened too hard when replace by another plumber last summer causing the leak. I had tried to get them to come out and they stood me up on 2 appts so I decided to take my business elsewhere. This work will be covered by warranty for a year. He arrived on time, explained the situation and I was entirely satisfied with the work.

While they were pumping out my septic tank they discovered the baffle and lid were both broken. They had to have an outside company rebuild the concrete lid. They were professional, knowledgeable and I would recommend them to others. They also gave me a discount that I greatly appreciated.

I called on Saturday morning to have my septic pumped out. Ralph the technician showed up on time and was very professional. Haywood was the truck operator, he was very professional and quick. This company has state of the art equipment and cleaned up after the project was complete. Great work guys!!!

From the time I called to the time Jonathon left , the process was perfect. I called and scheduled someone out to make some adjustments for a new vanity. With 2 hours of calling I had a service tech at my office. Tim was one of the best service techs I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He listened to the problem we were having. He did not make us feel rushed or cut us off. He listened and then observed on his own. After finalizing his own observation he was crystal clear on what my options were. Upon approving the service required and price, he worked quickly and efficiently. Based on Tim's service alone, I would recommend A to Z.

Excellent service. Received a call back within 15 minutes. Technician Joey Neal showed up at the house very quickly and replaced a 50 gallon water heater (that was 16-year old) in a promptly and efficient manner. I would gladly recommend AtoZ Statewide plumbing.

I called A to Z after another plumbing company was supposed to do the job but after the 3 hour window came and went (they did call 3 hours after the appointment time to see if I wanted them to come-- it was 9pm!) I looked at Angie's list and decide to call A to Z. They were prompt, gave me an estimate and then did the job. Eben, the plumber, was courteous, careful to put on the booties, cleaned up afterward and did best of all unclogged the drain. I would highly recommend the company.
