The job was fine, however, when putting the electric switch back into the drywall they broke it. Ramiro said he would send someone to replace it. obviously, he never did. I went to Homedepot, bought another switch and replaced it myself.

Ramiro, and especially his workers are prompt, efficient, dependable, and courteous. They cleaned up well at the end of the job, and went above and beyond, so there were no problems. They replaced over 6 sheets of drywall with insulation, replaced baseboard, applied knockdown finish, and primed, and painted in 2 rooms. All in 2 days work.

Romero and five star did a great job removing the popcorn and installing a knock-down finish. They also did some drywall patching and painting. The quality of the work was great and the time frame was good. The workers were very professional and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I recommend this company highly.

I purchased a home in July 2021. The home had plaster walls and ceiling with a knockdown texture. I contacted several drywall companies and received several quotes to remove the textured walls and apply a smooth skim coat finish. Ramiro's quote was very competitive. He was very honest about the length and difficulty of the job. I had a tight timeframe due to a lease expiring and he was able to start quickly. His crew worked all day (7/8am-7/8pm), every day until the job was completed. He communicated well throughout the process. He answered all my many questions and did not stop work until we were satisfied. We were very happy with the result. Upon completion, the walls looked like new drywall. They cleaned the house well also which was a tough job on it's own considering all the dust from the joint compound. I'd use them again all day, any day.

Can you imagine a contractor who actually does what he says he's going to do. Very professional, prompt, thorough, and finished the job in a timely manner. Did not put our project in the middle of several others. Cleaned up everything after his work. Blown away by his professionalism, way above the rest.

Ramiro and his workers delivered as promised. removed all the popcorn from my ceilings and applied "knockdown" finish. they painted the entire ceiling once the job was completed. as part of our kitchen upgrades they also finished some drywall work as we moved a couple of walls during this project. AWESOME WORK! do not hesitate to secure these guys for any drywall work of ceiling work you need accomplished. taking down popcorn is a messy process, but Ramiro and his workers left the house very clean after the work was done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Ramiroâ s company is called Five Star Dry Wall for a reason. They are more than just a dry wall company. They removed our popcorn ceilings and repaired dry wall as advertised. They also did an amazing painting job in our condo. His team was punctual, polite, respectful and amazingly clean and neat. I knew from the minute Ramiro called me that he was the right choice for my project. He did not disappoint. He is an amazing ethical businessman and I highly recommend him.

I was in need of knockdown repair/redo for ceilings in my family, living, dining and garage. 5Star came out provided options (patch/redo) , explained pros and cons and I went with a complete redo of the knockdown. They showed up as scheduled, accurately took the amount of time communicated, completed and cleaned better than expected. 5 Star Drywall Services was the best! I kicked a hole thru my ceiling on Memorial Day weekend and called them at 7pm and they came out the next morning 8am to fix it. They gave me a fair quote and then went beyond what I expected! They were fast and cleaned up everything! Top Notch!

I needed a popcorn removal, texture in the ceiling and painting in the entire property. I requested 4 quotes and Ramiro, the owner of 5 Star was the only one who answer on the same day. His professionalism was outstanding. They were on time, fast, clean, friendly and most important the owner was always in constant communication from beginning to end. I requested them to finish in less time without comprising the job and they did it 4 days earlier and the job exceeded my expectations. This was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Every step of the process was done professionally, on time and the finished product EXCEEDED or expectations. If you meet drywall or paint i would highly recommend these guys.

Mr.Ramiro did an excellent job. Is honest, punctual, and responsible.

Contacted five stars and they immediately came out and issued a quote. After discussions with my wife, we decided to accept their proposal and returned their text quote to acknowledge acceptance. Ask them to follow up for scheduling. That was more than a week ago. Never heard back from the owner. Disappointed and would probably not use this firm.

These guys were quick clear and the did the best drywall job I’ve seen in my life! I had my 70” tv rip off the wall and crash down and these guys replaced the wall like it never happened.
