Estimator was friendly and professional. I booked the contractor a month in advance. Although they failed to show at the appointed time, after I called the estimator, they had a team on prem a few hours later. They had a lot of difficulty matching the knockdown pattern on the existing ceiling. I understand how hard this can be. But, I was hoping for a better match.

They got the job done right away. They started on Saturday and even came back Sunday to finish up the job.

You must make sure the owner does your job himself. He's the one with the good reputation. The workers he sent over did a substandard job in my bathroom. My contractor had the owner come out several times until the job was done correctly. The back splash in the kitchen is not perfectly even - noticeable with night lighting. I don't recommend having work done by his workers.

He charged me for things not done and I contacted him twice and he has never called me back. Also the clean up was poorly done. I was told after speaking with the owner they would send someone to clean up and that never happened. He also dented a bran new floor with some sort of tool. They also told me they would cover everything with plastic and didn't

They come when they say they are coming, they follow up and the best thing is their clean up what a great company.

Very professional. Communicates via email and text. All contractors showed up on time and jobs were completed on time and some earlier than expected. Took extra care of all of our furniture to make sure everything was covered. All pictures hung back in original locations. My husband and I recommend this company with the highest confidence.

A little over priced but excellent job. Being retired and on a fixed income I would have liked the job to cost less.

They were able to do the job the same day. I had other commitments and was not available for their service if I had to wait until the following week. They contacted me twice to verify their workmanship was good. They were on time and the price was excellent.
