The work is below expectation. They made mistakes in measuring. They were totally unreliable in scheduling and made many appointments to come and do work and either didn't show or came hours late. They are arrogant and disrespectful of the customer and the customer's time. There are many small finishing touches that are still not completed so we are hiring someone to finish.
