+ -1 moreI have been using them for about 5 years now. I have also referred them to my friends and family as well and they loved MaidPro as much as I do... I have used a couple of there maids and some are a little better then others but if at anytime I thought a maid may not have done as good of a cleaning I just call and Rick the owner will handle it. He is a great guy and really seems to care about his customers as well as his employees. In the past couple years I have tried other maid companies just to see and make sure MaidPro is on point and every time I have tried another company they have disappointed me.. The thing I like most about MaidPro is the professionalism. If I ever have a problem or need to get ahold of someone they are always there to either return my email or phone call right away. If they give you a time for the maid to be there they will always be there on time they also will remind you the day before with a call.. This is hands down the friendliest, most professional, reliable maid company I have ever dealt with and I am very very picky I am an ocd clean freak and as of now I haven't found anyone better then Maidpro.... I highly recommend Rick and MaidPro
Description of Work: For the price and limited options in my area MaidPro to me is the best. They do a great job cleaning and they are always on time, do what they promise and they are very friendly, speak english and very respectful...

Description of Work: Cleaners frequently did not stay the agreed upon time but the charge was still for the full amount until I reported my displeasure with this. Rick, the owner, then called and tried to tell me that the cleaners didn't stay longer because they finished but that the bill was for the agreed upo4/26n amt. There were many calls back and forth with Rick trying to talk me into keeping the service and the cost would be cut after I said I wanted to stop service. This lasted several weeks and then we were away for a few weeks and had no service. Upon our return one of the cleaners showed up when I had had no contact with Rick and again I told him I was not going to continue service. He called multiple times and finally agreed to have them come once a month for floors and BRs. Rick and I agreed on the date of 4/26/13. On that day no one came so I called the office. I was told I was not even on the schedule. At this point I told the secretary that I would except no further services until I spoke with Rick and that if he really wanted the business he needed to be abit more on the ball. I have yet to hear from him.
