Vulcan Pest Control

I have used them for 6-8 years. We live in a complex; it's my father's house really. I wasn't really here when he started I guess he went with them because everyone in the complex is using them and he was recommended to him. Why? I don't know. I was very unhappy with them, very unhappy with them for several reasons. So, I switched back to Vulcan. I really have no problem with them, whatever I need they take care of. I call them and tell them I have ants please come help they don't charge extra for that.

They come every two months. If I have any concerns they come out and take care of it and do a yearly termite inspection.

This company has serviced my community for over 15 years doing exterior service on a monthly basis. In 2006 I was remodeling the kitchen and bathrooms and contacted Vulcan to do the inside of my home while everything was ripped out. The interior service is included in my HOA fees on an as needed basis - we just call when we need service. After the service in 2006 we did not see any problems that we couldn't address ourselves until this year 2014, here in South Florida that shows they are doing something right. They are super nice and very professional with every interaction on the phone and in person with the technician. The tech really knows his bugs, how they get into the home and what to do to keep them out. Great Company.

I thought we had termites, a big expense. Was told that the sawdust piles were just vary small carpenter type ants. What a relief. Easily could have fooled us into treating for termites. Honest and reasonable price.

They are very good and prompt and come when they say they are going to come. If I need extra services they are very willing to come. I don't have to be home and they basically do the parameter of the home so I don't have to be here but if I have a situation where I want them to come they are very quick to make an appointment. They are very clean and neat and very nice.
