They did a really good job. There was some issues with my vent, some dents and bends that caused a lot of blockage, and it was a very steep vent out through the roof. They were able to fix it and clear the blockage. Also they cleaned up after they completed the job. I Will definitely use Vent Pro again next year for annual vent cleaning.

The workers sealed the ducts. They found one of the ducts to be damaged and replaced it. They were friendly and courteous.

They came here to clean the vent for the laundry, the dryer vent. It's good, it's not bad. The point is it's far away, really I don't have anything in my mind. They sent a person to do the stuff. I don't remember it exactly. So I'm sorry I can't tell you everything at this time. I think they did a nice job, everything was okay and that was it.

It went well. The work was organized and done in a timely fashion. I was surprised by the final price. It was higher than I thought. The contract covered 10 cents and bonus service of deodorizing air duct system. The additional vents cost $179 and additional charge of $609. I asked if that included Angie's price and was told yes. I was never asked for the voucher number or the discription of the work covered.

I purchased the $199 Complete Air Duct System Cleaning with bonus service on 6-22-17. On 6-23-17, I contacted Vent Pro at 561-685-5756 and set up appointment for 6-26-17 between 2-3PM. On the morning of 6-26-17, I received a call stating the vehicle broke down and could they come on 6-27-17 at same time between 2-3PM. I agreed and at 8:30 AM on 6-27-17 received another call to cancel because vehicle was still broken down. I stated I wanted to cancel because I now longer trusted Vent Pro to complete the job. Was told they would throw in another service if I would set another appointment for 6-28-17. I agreed but was nervous about the company at this point. Heard nothing on 6-28-17. Called at 2:30PM to inquire about appointment which was again between 2-3PM. Was lied to, to my face and was told that the appointment was between 3:30-4 PM "like he told me". I was never told this, I just don't think they wanted to travel from West Palm Beach to Port St. Lucie. I stated that after three times I could no longer trust the integrity of this company and that I did not like being lied to. I did not receive service, refuse to work with these unprofessional liars and I requested a full and immediate refund for a job they stated they completed and never came!. The man I spoke to from Vent Pro bragged that they were an A rated company on Angie's List. I stated that I would give them an F and he hung up on me. I called them back twice to discuss further and my call was rejected. I just wanted a refund for something I did not receive an Angie's list promptly refunded my money!!

Bait and switch Ran $75 special 1 floor only When he came he wanted to charge an extra $100 because the vent went to the roof. It was still a 1 floor house. and I told him just do the machine and I would get someone else next time.

VentPro did an excellent job at my home. They cleaned my air ducts thoroughly and i can actually feel the difference in the air quality. They went out of their way to change my high strung lights bulbs while they were cleaning the vents. I am very happy with the result.

I bought the voucher but the provider doesn't want to perform the job as my house is two storied house and he agreed that this restriction is not listed in the voucher but doesn't want to refund or perform the job. Angies list also doesn't want to refund as its just outside the 30 day window. I am still trying to get my refund back by one way or other.

Abel not only fixed the connection, but also cleaned the lint mess in the attic. Real good guy.

He basically confirmed my suspicion that the dryer was barely drying because the vent was clogged as he pulled out what looked to be a few wool sweaters from inside the vent. I guess it was years and years of build up. Worked great after.

We hired another company prior to hireing Vent Pro, they where not able to clean the vents after several tries. After hereing Abel from Vent Pro he took the time to explain why the vents where still cloged, He went as far as taking a video to show us some of the problems he encountered.
