Everything went well. Abel and his assistant Nick were mindful of my home and were very professional. They went onto my roof and also into the attic to locate the clothes dryer vent. I’ve priced around and their charges are reasonable. I spend a fortune for quality AC filters so paying a one-time price of $225 for a custom fit, lifetime warranty electrostatic filter is budget-wise in the long run.

Abel got back the same day as I made the inquiry (It took two days for the other provider to get back with me so I went with Abel even though the price quoted was about the same). Abel was professional, got the job done quick and cleaned up afterward like he was never there. Good job. The only reason I gave a B rating is due to the fact he went to our home rather than the rental property that needed the work. Consequently the project was delayed an 1-1/2 hours because he had to drive to the correct location. Prior to the job I had indicate in my email dialog to make sure to go to the correct property.

Abel did a very good job in cleaning my clothes dryer vent. My dryer vents out to my carport. He went above and beyond by blowing out the debris from the clothes dryer itself and actually swept up the lent debris that was expelled outside on the carport! I am very pleased.

I had to call each appointment day to re-confirm and each time he did reschedule but did finally come back. It cost an extra $400 to reattach which seems very expensive, even though it did take a couple hours since they had to go slow to avoid the long roof nails.

Scared my wife into $450 usless process.

Our vent was pretty jammed up but they got it all out no problem.

I thought they did a very good job for what they did. And they also took care of some mold that was noticed. And they also sealed my air handler which wasn't done correctly by the installer. So overall a very good job.

First time using this company. I was not home but my husband was and was satisfied. There was an additional charge from what I had pre-paid, so when I returned home, I called and the technician called me back promptly. Seems we had a blockage as our vent goes up (we have a 2 story house) and I was unaware that it did that. He said not to excessively use dryer sheets (or use half instead of a whole one) or a lot of fabrics softener (which we don't use). He said the residue from these can build up with the link over time and cause the blockage. I was satisfied with his explanation. We also had a tiny hole in our lint filter so I ordered a new one. .

I was told that my vent was very clogged and had to be cleaned and sprayed from the roof so I had to pay extra which is okay as long as it’s done properly. My dryer is working good so I’m happy.

He answered when I called and was very courteous. He made the appointment with the tenant that was convenient for them both and cleaned the vent. Tenant said he was very nice too.

The job was much more extensive so I knew I would have to pay more but I was satisfied with the work done and the amount charged.

Able told me that there had been a small fire in the vent and that the material had hardened. He needed to add a softening agent so he could clean the vent properly which cost an additional $300.

They did a really good job. There was some issues with my vent, some dents and bends that caused a lot of blockage, and it was a very steep vent out through the roof. They were able to fix it and clear the blockage. Also they cleaned up after they completed the job. I Will definitely use Vent Pro again next year for annual vent cleaning.

The workers sealed the ducts. They found one of the ducts to be damaged and replaced it. They were friendly and courteous.
