The service went great. They found mold in a few of our vents. Explained why and solved the issue. They where fast and professional. Cost was better than any other one priced. Will be scheduling a yearly service with this company.

We setup a time to get our dryer vent cleaned. Abel had a coupon for $99 for the cleaning. The day they were supposed to come, they were nowhere to be found. Supposedly the guy coming to do it got in an accident, but was okay enough to come the next day? If you were in an accident wouldn't you call up the client to let them know instead of the client having to call you only to find out you weren't going to show up? We spoke with them afterwards to see if they could come back after they left a voicemail. Instead of offering a discount for their no show and no call, $30 for having to climb all of one story and walk on a flat roof. What utter nonsense! Nowhere in their coupon does it mention they cannot walk up one story. In fact, in any house they would have to walk up at least one story to access a dryer vent. Thankfully, we hung up, got rid of these scammers and got a decent company that shows up and they were forty dollars less.

It went without a hitch! Mr. Traviso and his assistant were here before the original appointment time and were finished in approximately 45 minutes. They were very clean and very professional! We are recommending them highly!

Had 13 vents cleaned, the $199 only allowed for 10 so I had to pay an additional $20 per vent. Of course there is an upsale for sanitizer that cost an additional $99. I was assured I have a six month warranty so I'll see how it goes. Very professional and gave advise to correct other things on my ac unit. I am pleased with the service as long as my daughter's room remains cool

I had my air ducts cleaned last week by Vent Pro. I was very pleased with the services they provided. Staff arrived on time and were very professional. The quality and thoroughness exceed my expectation. I plan to hire them to clean my dryer vent as well.

VENT PRO are Scamers and Incompetent Vent Pro BROKE MY DRYER and couldn’t fix it. They also charged me for services NOT rendered. On Tuesday Oct 16, 2018 I had signed up for a $199 deal for Air Vent Cleaning with VENT PRO of West Palm Beach. The owner, Abel Traviso, convinced me to have my dryer ducts cleaned too for $99 extra. Once at my house they upsold me 2 treatments: one for the dryer duct for $300, and another one called Envirocon that would sanitize my Air Ducts for $600. After they left, they DRYER WAS BROKEN, it did not dry my clothes. After many phone calls and postponed appointments, Abel came. He checked the dryer but COULD’NT FIX IT. He promised to come back later with a taller ladder to go on the roof to unclog the air vent where his employee said he had put the dryer treatment. The employee lied, he had never gone on the roof, or if he did the liquid was poured in the attic vent! I had to FIX my DRYER MYSELF. I went on YouTube and discovered that outlet for the dryer duct was not on the roof but on the side of the house. I used my step ladder to clean it myself. It is pure INCOMPETENCE when a duct specialist doesn’t know the difference between an attic air vent and a dryer vent outlet. When I asked the employee, who had worked on my AC unit where he had put the Envirocon treatment, he said that he had sprayed it in the main AC duct (where the filters go). But the next day, the owner, Abel, insisted that it was another one of his employees who had done the Envirocon treatment. Someone is lying here! Who did the treatment? Because of that lie, I don’t believe anybody applied the Envirocom. It was all a SCAM! By the way, envirocon sells for $38 a gallon [*** Link removed ***]

Abel was great to work with. He gave us an estimate over the phone based on some photos, which was convenient, but we ended up paying a bit more than estimated, due to complications with the job. The work was great though and we're happy with the service. Abel and his partner were professional and were able to install a dryer vent for us very quickly- they were able to adjust their schedule to fit us in asap, which was appreciated. Able was responsive and professional.

Used Vent Pro twice now and will do so in the future. Responsive, timely, professional and well-priced.

The process took longer then I thought it would. I have seen some reduction in the dust factor, probably not as much as I expected but then I wasn't sure what to expect, if that makes any sense. He was very big on trying to up sell services and this is somewhat expected but I felt he was a little to pushy.

He didn't want to come out to do an estimate, but wanted to give me a general quote over the phone and then add on as they found stuff after arriving at my home. He told me it would be a base price of $199 for them to come out to clean my air ducts and would then let me know additional costs as they got into the ducts to do the cleaning. I did not appreciate this type of business practice, as other companies came out to look at everything to give me estimates for free so we knew what the job was specifically.

Once we connected Abel was great about reaching out. Abel was on time and courteous. He examined my air filters and vents and noted there were some mold spores on the filter and vents. Suggested a treatment with a product called Envirocon. He treated and cleaned every vent. I'm just not sure why this treatment is so expensive (total was $750?) Abel gave me some insightful advice regarding taking care of my a/c. He cleaned up after his work (even vacumned most of my house!) He also looked in my attic to determine if my ducts needed work (as this has been mentioned to me before.) He was very thorough in explaining everything he was doing. Able is very passionate about his work.
