Very well, arrived on time, went right to work and got the job done

Abel was very helpful and went above and beyond.

Work was well done, contractor pleasant. My only issue was that our original appointment needed to be rescheduled due to a problem the contractor ran into elsewhere.

In addition to just cleaning the dryer vent he also checked the integrity of the vent in the attic, which was OK. After cleaning the vent he checked the air flow to make sure all was OK.

Great service! Very personable & professional; explained the process; meticulous & neat work done; cleaned up all the lint after the job was completed. I will use Vent Pro again.

Excellent job. Able was on time and proceeded to clean the dryer vent without disturbing my dryer installation. He was very professional and clean.

They called to ask if they could come earlier than appointment time, which worked out great. They cleaned from outside with a ladder and then cleaned up all the debris. Also brushed inside the dryer.

I give this company an A++. Abel scheduled my appointment for a convenient time. He arrived early to the appointment and called in advance to confirm. Once he arrived, he was very professional and performed an excellent service. I have already told me friends about vent pro.

Called me back promptly. Was already in my neighborhood so he was able to come over. Did a very good job. Vent was very dirty despite being cleaned by another company last year. He also went on a roof to make sure that the air was working properly.

He did very well. He gave a window of 4 to 5 pm to show up. He arrived exactly at 4pm. He explained everything he was doing. When the job was completed he cleaned up after hiself. There was a slight increase in price due to a blockage near the top of the vent where he had to dislove it with a chemical spray. I would definitely use him again.

Job went well but I made the mistake of not getting a price for work beyond the dryer duct.

Prepaid $69 for the dryer vent cleaning. During work, the tech claimed we had a blockage that required extra work. Increased the charge to $150. Quality of the work was good but didn't really expect an increase in the cost.

It went well. Quick response once purchased on Angie's List, appointment set within 48 hours, showed up on time. The only thing I would note is that there was an add'l charge for the service. Based on the set up of my dryer vent it was not completely unexpected - though a little more than I anticipated it would be. With that being said, they went over and above the contracted service to fix vent (and not an easy fix). Professional and courteous. Pleased and would recommend.

Ok, but there was an additional charge that I wasn't expecting: because he had to go on the roof, and drill out the hardened material, it cost an additional $50.- not the $69.00 we were told it would be. He said that the $69.00 was for a basic cleaning, and that my needs were more than that. We paid and would use him again, but please be more precise with wording when you offer these specials.

Very well we are pleased with the service

They were very good. I had them here a couple of times. One for the dryer vent and one for the house vents. They were very good. They showed up. They did the job. They did it on time. They were good. They did the job. They did what they promised to do.

I thought Abel and his partner did a good job.

He arrived on time. Very pleasant and efficient. He explained measures I can take to prevent recurrence of the problem.

They did a great job and even replaced an ill fitting connector and got my dryer situated much better in the space. My dryer now works like new!

Pretty good the dryer vent exited outside. There wasn't much to clean. But they used a brush and pushed lent outside. It took less than five minutes to clean dryer vent. Not sure if they cleaned inside the dryer for lent build up.

They initially reached out by email to allow me to give them dates for an appointment, but despite many phone calls to try and reach them, they have never called me back. I have asked for a refund from Angie's List.

As always, my experience with Vent Pro went great. I was afraid I had mold in the vents so Abel and his staff came out to check. I did have mold and they completed an extensive mold treatment to get rid of the mold. Vent Pro is always professional and helpful any time I have questions. I will always use Vent Pro for my vents in the future.
