Description of Work: I prepaid the 69 dollars as advertised. The vent required "extra" work I was told and $100 was asked but $75 paid to use a separate device to wet and remove the vent. We ran into trouble when clothes were asked to be removed from dryer and the filter was out. We didn't notice a sock dropping into the dryer vent on he dryer and getting chewed up as we tried to figure out what was going on. This led to an extra hour and half being at my house.

Description of Work: We initially wanted just our dryer vent cleaned. However, after he arrived, we asked if he could also clean our a/c vents. He was very accommodating, thorough, very professional and the additional charges were very reasonable.

Description of Work: I had a lot of old lint packed into the tube leading through the attic to top of our roof so there was an additional charge because they had to use some kind of spray or solvent to remove it all. My husband had cleaned the dryer vent every year but the tube in the wall to the roof had not been cleaned out. It was surprisingly packed full so get your vents cleaned as it can be a fire hazard. I couldn't believe all the stuff that came out. I was watching the whole time and it was packed in there.
