+ -1 moreFurniture warranty purchased at respected retailer, M. Jacobs Fine Furniture in Springfield OR in 2011. My husband damaged the nice table because he was dying of cancer and was in a wheelchair, under heavy duty drugs, etc. He passed away the end of December 2012. Finally get around to making a claim in June 2013 and find out a claim has to be presented within 5 days of the damage occurrence. Well, who thinks to present a claim when your husband of 45 years is dying??? Claim is denied. Not worth the paper it was written on.
