Very nice work, TVs look great up on the walls.

Haven't decided whether to fix it or not yet. It's old. They also sell very nice refurbished ones that are much newer than ours.

Ordered equipment from online, but needed local install as I was scheduled out-of-town. Do recall using this them before, but that was for warranty on DVD player, but was good experience. Glad to see them on the ALIST too since this install was for my folks who are in their 80's. Called on Thursday for Friday install. Spoke with courteous rep Fran who answered. Explained details on installation location and that they would be installing product that I previously purchased. Also mentioned that would be needing next day install as it was for elderly parents. Fran said she could identify and could accommodate with no problem as they have the staff, so we scheduled for mid-morning window. Was informed by Parents that tech Robert arrived on time, was professional looking, and had required equipment for install. Also, was told that tech took the time to review the equipment and area that it was being installed; Thankfully, as I apparently purchased the wrong anchors for the mount, but the correct version was on the truck and included for few bucks....Yes, I checked and he was right as I unaware of back-to-back wall boards. Parents apparently also had an issue with another remote in their condo and Tech Robert accommodated and changed the battery...no additional charge. Requested that photos of the install be sent via MMS, and they were before the tech left. Overall positive experience and would use again.

I'm not used to good service here - I've received mediocre service from most providers These guys are on time (unheard of) - and their prices were pretty reasonable. - I highly recommend talking with Robert or Tom - They do great work

Tom came over and quickly found the problem - I expected a bigger bill but all he charged me for was a service call - Thanks Guys

Robert Cassi come out on 9/16/2015 to hook-up a SAMSUNG DVD Player I had purchased from AMAZON (which I had not been able to get to work with my TV system). Robert also could NOT get the SAMSUNG DVD Player to 'recognize' the SET-UP operation and confirmed the unit was defective. Instead of returning the Samsung unit to AMAZON and re-ordering a replacement Samsung unit---which would have required my paying Robert for 2 service calls---I had him install a SONY DVD PLAYER he had brought with him. The only reason I gave a 'B' rating for 'PRICE' is Robert's $140 selling price for his SONY DVD player was almost DOUBLE Amazon's selling price for the comparable quality Samsung DVD player (which turned out to be defective). However, *IF* I had returned the defective Samsung unit to Amazon and had Robert return to install the replacement unit when it arrived, the additional service call would have ended up costing me more money than paying the higher selling price for the Sony DVD Player. Everything considered, I was very pleased with Robert's coming out the same day I called for service and with the professional manner in which he completed the job. (Also, he gave me the $25 Senior's Discount!) I will definitely call Robert Cassi the next time I require service (instead of the previous Audio/Visual repair technician I had previously been using)!

I called the office on Tuesday, spoke with gentleman who took my name address, and info on service needed done. He scheduled appointment for Thursday. He advised me that the technician would call me 1st thing on Thursday morning to give me a 2 hour window time he would be at my home. I waited patiently at home for the call, after no call by 11am I call the office. Spoke with female who took my information, came back on phone and advised he would be there between 1-3pm. Concerned about the importance of follow through as promised, I cancelled with them, and selected another company from Angie's List that would come out in 30 minutes and complete the work.

Same day service, prompt response. We were very satisfied with the service and the technicians.

Hired this company to fix issues with previous company who wall mounted an 80" tv. Company was hired to only center tv but Robert found the wall mount to be improperly installed so re-installed mount to properly handle this size tv. Had him install audio device at another wall mounted tv and he noticed this mount was also not installed properly, he removed tv and showed me that mount was already loose and could potentially fall off wall due to weight of tv. He properly secured this mount as well. I was very impressed with his ability and knowledge and my wife and I would definitely recommend this company.

I called them from Angie's list. They called me back within 30 min. They were here within 30 minutes of that call and hook everything up and were out of here in less than 40 minutes. Price was a bit high but for what they did and how fast and well they did it I can't complain. And they were cheaper than the Geek Squad!!

Rob is a great guy. Cheaper than the Geek Squad and easier to get hold of. I spent 1/2 hour on hold to make an appointment with the Geek Squad. I called Rob and he showed up the next day.

They are simply superb. He was prompt and very professional. He offered suggestions. He also said if the television was too big that he would actually turn it for me and get a new one. It was satisfaction guaranteed. They were excellent. Price was very fair. Quality was perfect. Responsiveness was very good. I was interested in buying a television and having it installed on my wall. I called three electricians, two did not get back and one electrician got back the after this was bought. This man who did the installation and purchase was really superb.
