Please do not book through this company. They are awful. They do not do the moving and contract the move out to an equally awful moving company. They do not help whatsoever after you sign the bill of landing, and they have your deposit. Repeatedly misled me on the moving timeline. Overall extremely poor experience.

I would give zero stars if I could. This company will make verbal promises about the wait time for your items, 14 days, over and over again. The fact is, the contract states 30 days; however, when I pointed this out to the "Customer Care" team, they again reiterated 14 days stating it was a common route. There was zero communication throughout until the 29th day, when the movers said they would arrive at 8 a.m. Well, 8 a.m. rolls around and they are not here. Shocker. We texted for an update and they said they broke down in Arkansas, which was 7 hours away. These guys show up at 10:30 PM on a weeknight. My sister and myself were moving boxes in because there was only one mover helping bring things in the house. Please tell me why we paid movers when we were moving boxes and furniture inside. My mid-century tv cabinet was also broken beyond repair. All of the boxes were literally up side down. I haven't even looked yet. DO NOT hire this company. How they are written up as the #1 moving company in multiple publications is beyond me. The absolute worst.

Well everything went pretty good I guess, crew did a pretty good job but I was a little mad the driver was about 45 mins late on the day of pick-up had us sitting around waiting. The wrapped all of our furniture and took apart our bed frames and stuff so that helped a lot and saved us from doing it. I did have to pay 40 bucks for them to special pack our tv but all in all i guess thats fair.

I don’t know where to start. We contracted with Trinity to do our cross-country move. We worked with the senior estimator to come up with a quote (aiming to over estimate). We made an inventory of everything we had to move an emailed it to him. He estimated it at $12,000 at the high end. It ended up being more than $20,000. However, that’s not the worst part. The movers were scheduled to arrive 1-3 days out from the move. On the third day, we received a call from Trinity letting us know that their truck would be there sometime between 11 am and 1 pm. Though this seemed like a very tight window, we assumed they knew what they were talking about and waited for them. And waited. And waited. At some point the driver called to say that he would be there between 4 and 6 pm. He actually showed up at 8:30 pm (we were supposed to turn over the keys to the new owners just over 24 hours later and we still had to clean after the movers left). Upon arrival, he told us there was no way we were going to do the move for $12,000. He re-estimated at $15,000. We had no choice. Trinity wouldn’t return our calls and the estimator who booked the move wouldn’t answer his phone or his email. They obviously didn’t finish that night so they came back the next morning. They came back and begin packing again the next morning. Then, sometime in the afternoon they informed us that the truck was full and that they didn’t have room to get the rest of our things in the truck. Unable to find an additional truck, they rented a storage unit, emptied the truck and came back for more (bringing the total cost now up to $21,000). At this point we were mere hours from having to turn over the keys and the house still wasn’t clean. (Meanwhile we couldn’t get any actual help from Trinity). We were frantically calling our realtor to see if he could reach out to the new owners of the house to see if they could give us another 24 hours. Thankfully he was able to get us until the next morning to get everything out. The movers came back later and picked up more stuff but still left some (we ended up having to give it away or leave it). Our family had to stay in a hotel overnight and come back the next morning to clean. My family and I worked alongside the movers so we are exhausted. Now we need to drive half way across the country to our new house and then wait up to 30 days to receive our stuff (even though Trinity initially said 8-10 days). We are exhausted and demoralized. We are out close to double what we were initially quoted. And the entire time we received no support from the people at Trinity. In the weeks following the move (we still don’t have our stuff) I’ve talked to Trinity’s customer service team a number of times. They were rude, aggressive, and immediately escalated the situation. I’m trying to get some kind of resolution but I can barely get them to respond to emails in a timely manner. Every time I call, the person I need to talk to is busy or gone. I would not recommend using Trinity. Read more at: [*** Link removed ***]

They were not trust worthy. They doubled the cost of the move. I would tell anyone to avoid them. They were ridiculous. They boxes were crashed. They broke the legs of my table. They were terrible.

Spoke to Neil Greco at Trinity who set up my move. On the day of the move, no one had arrived during the 11-1 pm arrival window. Called Trinity to ask what was happening but had to leave a message. Few minutes after that, got a call from the driver from Moving Depot, LLC who told me they'd be there in 2-1/2 hours. I thought I was dealing with Trinity. Packing went OK, except they scratched newly refinished hard wood floors. I advised Juan on how to pack certain items (which turned up missing when my things arrived in NC). After everything was packed, Juan told me my things were going to Chicago and would be put into another truck. After about a week, my things arrived in a semi from Allied Van Lines. Almost every box was damaged and some were even busting open with contents spilling out. The driver informed me that he never touched anything; that the truck was already loaded by Moving Depot; and that he only drove the truck. Antique table with a marble insert arrived without the marble; Recently purchased MyPillow mattress topper was missing; bed posts (although wrapped) were cracked; wooden jewelry stand (also wrapped) was in pieces; bakers rack top rack was bent as if something heavy was placed on it. Semi driver, who tried to re-tape some boxes, encouraged me to take pictures of everything, which I did and are attached to this review. He even stated that it appeared that my things "had been tossed around." Since items were moved into a storage facility, God only knows what else is either missing or damaged. When I contacted Moving Depot and Trinity (I was told by Trinity to contact Moving Depot), I told them of the things missing and broken. They simply said to send them a list of those things. Shortly, they sent a link to a moving dispute company and further said they were trying to locate my items. A few weeks later, when I contacted them, "they were still looking for my items." Why are they even missing at all? Why are the boxes damaged they way they were? They were loaded from my home in good shape but some things never arrived at the destination. Trinity is pushing this off on Moving Depot. But Trinity was the one that brought Moving Depot into this scenario in the first place. Again, I thought I was contracting with Trinity. Moving Depot admitted they damaged the floors, and after taking pictures, said that the repairs would be handled by Trinity. I'm still waiting for that to happen. Last email communication with Trinity has not been responded to. If you're looking for movers, please beware! Ask questions and don't opt for the cheaper insurance - go for full replacement, even if it costs you more. It will be so worth it when you consider what happened to me. Trinity is supposedly listed in the AARP magazine as a very reputable moving company. I've notified them as well. I ended up paying more for this move than originally discussed. I really wished I had gone with someone else. We live and learn. And to top it all off, I even tipped Juan and his helpers -- tipped them for damaging/losing my things. How about that? I paid 3 installments to 3 different entities: Trinity; Moving Depot; and the semi driver. As of today, 8/25. this matter has not been resolved or even addressed. The nightmare began on 8/2.
