I ve used TPT Painting to paint 2 of my homes. Each time I left him unsupervised and gave him full access to my home. He and his crew were professional. They do a great job and clean up before leaving for the day.

Stefano and his crew were on time, professional, and very detailed. They had to take out shelving which left markings and holes in the drywall. Their work was meticulous. Stefano left the space clean after they finished.

After a few months of the completion of the job, the paint around the windows started bubbling (Windows were not sealed properly). The paint on the backyard wall has started to chip and fade. When water hits the wall from rain or from a hose the paint is chipping. Attempted several times to contact Estefano Marchetti, the owner via email with no response. Attempted to contact him via telephone to no avail. Left several messages and never got a call back. After several attempts via telephone, he decided to block my number (My calls were automatically routed to voicemail). At this point, I called Estefano Marchetti from another telephone and of course he answered. His response was that he lost his telephone that weekend while jet skiing. Okay, if he says so. At this point, Estefano Marchetti had no choice but to speak to me. I explained the issues and my frustration, and he assured me that he would take care of these issues (I have a paid invoice with a 10-year warranty for fading/peeling). Well that never happened Estefano Marchetti did not show up to my house to visually see the issues until almost a year later. When he came his replies were that I should have seen these mistakes when we initially did the walk through. He basically stated that these issues were caused because my house is old. Something that was never discussed when he took the job and my deposit. Excuses. I flat out asked him when he could have these repairs done, and he stated that he would get back to me I have already waited a year. I told him to email with a date and asked him to leave. Well, he emailed me alright basically stating that he will not return to fix the issues. I have filed 2 complaints with the BBB and DOA and it does not seem like he will be fixing these issues. Next stop will have to be a civil suit, all because he did not honor his warranty. That is the reason I hired him because he guaranteed me a warranty.

Estafano and his crew are pros. From the bidding stage thru the job. The work was performed while I was out of town. I was sent daily updates (pics and videos) of the work in process. Great communication, on time, kept to their word. Would recommend to anyone looking for a painting contractor you can trust.

Estefano painted the exterior of my home and really did a good job. I hired him again to paint the nursery room, and again no complaints. He is timely, the price is reasonable, and the work is quality. I will use him again.
