+ -1 moreFirst appointment was canceled by company. Showed up on time for second appointment. After door was re-installed within 5 minutes glass was shattered. They said they were not responsible for the glass. After talking to installer he said that he did something wrong to break the glass and it would be fixed free of charge. At that point we waited for the installer to come back and measure the door, it took over 9 hours. Told we would have a door by the end of the week, took over a week just to get it ordered. After this they were very apologetic over and over. Had to make numerous appointments before they actually came back to fix the door. Door was then reinstalled, good as new. AFTER work was completed they gave us a bill for $370, installer still admitted he broke the door. We did not pay. Company called police saying we stole the glass.
Description of Work: Company was hired to fix the rollers on our sliding glass door.
