Our issues: 1. There was no project manager on the job. The job took three days to complete and each day there were different people on the job. No one was in charge. If I asked a question about the work that was to be performed they politely referred me to the office. 2. Gas powered vacuums were used to remove old insulation. The units were not properly vented causing a toxic amount of Carbon Dioxide to build up in the house. Fire Department was called due to alarm. 3. A worker was injured due to carelessness working with the equipment. 4. On one day the truck had a flat tire causing them to be three (3) hours late – no one called me. When I spoke to the office they were not even aware they were late or that they had a flat tire. 5. Work was completed in three (3) days – on schedule.

I called Therma Seal last week to set up appointment for a estimate. I called 561-775-9703 and was transferred to Will. Will and I set up a day and time, but did not show up nor did he called to reschedule. I then called the office the next day and spoke with Jim. Jim seemed very bothered by my call and acted as if he did not want to accommodate me. Jim then proceeded to ask my address then asked the size of the home. I advised him that this was the reason Will was suppose to come out. Jim had no clue what he was doing. I then said ;well this seems a bit unprofessional and maybe I should consider another company'. Jim said ''yea you should'' then hung up on me. I do not recommend this company for any service, if the customer service is that poor and unorganized I can only imagine the quality of work Thermaseal provides.
