Description of Work: My grandfather had just died and I needed to ship items back home to Virginia. I was charged for each individual item (23 of them) which they then repackaged into 13 boxes after I left (which should have reduced the cost). Most of these items did not get shipped for 10 or more days and only after I called and complained. I can't account for all items because they stopped sending me tracking numbers. My local UPS store said they should have placed the items on one pallet and shipped them altogether which would have saved a lot of money. They still won't return my phone calls to discuss a price adjustment. On average they charged me almost $40 per box for a cardboard box, some styrofoam peanuts and or some bubble wrap. The 800 customer service is a joke because they have no control over what the individual franchise store owners do or charge.
