Great job , carpets look great

We have tried others in the past and after seeing their reviews we called sun and set up an appointment time. Ron called 20mins before he arrived which was even a little earlier than the org. time of our appointment. He and his co-worker was clean the van and tools were clean too, they went right to work and our carpet hasn't looked that clean in yrs. We will be using them again and will have them back to do our couch and end chair soon. great rates Thanks

Very personable & professional. Mostly impressed with Honesty, as not all spots were able to be removed, but advised & wrote on receipt due to Old Pads/Carpet that should be replaced. I needed that for the rental company to Note as Wear & tear vs. fault & charge us for. I was quite impressed as cleaning was overall Great, although he said he wished he could have gotten cleaner, Tried, but couldnt cuz of damage/age of pads/carpet.

This contractor was top notch. Very clean and neat with his work. My only wish is that he did not smoke. People who do always smell like a dirty ashtray when they come into your home. Perhaps that is too pickyinish, but we hate the smell from smoker's clothes that comes in with them. I would request non-smokers in the future. Otherwise, these people were great! If you do not mind smokers, don't use anyone else for carpet cleaning in Bakersfield. The rest are lousy and have dirty equipment. I've tried maybe a dozen or so others.......and was so impressed with these people. A very loving couple too.

They are very nice people. Everything they did was explained to me step by step. Awesome service. My house looks great. I will be hiring them again.

The persons hired to perform the task showed up on time, were courteous and professional. The job was completed quickly and thoroughly and our dryer is working a lot more efficiently.

This company will work within your monthly budget to customize a monthly plan for your goals. They also arrive ready to work with less notice required than their competitors. Unheard of in this industry.

We definetly will not recommend them for the same service; they actually have indicated not to know how to do it.

Rob & Kelley are great people. They work hard and take pride in thier work. We will use them again in the future and can highly recommend their carpet cleaning service. They use the most modern equipment in the industry. Their rotary extractor is really well engineered. I've never seen anything like it.
